Much better than Annie’s! Very similar to pretzel twister. My favorite pretzel place in Raleigh !

We got the pretzel and those pretzel balls in a cup (hey, my SO ordered). The pretzel was better tasting than those things in a cup, since they were a bit like eating a big glob of dough. The cheese didn't do the pretzels any favors either. It was edible and fine, but yeah, if there is an AA, I'd just go there instead next time. It satisfied the demand of my toddler, and I felt no guilt then since we needed some fast carbs and had no prior game plan. But... Even for mall food, I feel a bit cheated out of what it could have been.

The pretzel was good and made fresh, however, the guy the the register was very rude. I don't care how good the food is I don't see myself coming back.

Although my salted pretzel and cheese were really good, it was overpriced. Maybe that's just what is expected from a mall pretzel but I still wish it was a little less pricy. The pretzel was warm and just what I was looking for after craving one for a few weeks and the guy that sold it to me seemed like a nice person.

Pretty nice people. I love their pretzel dogs more than Auntie Ann's for some reason now. And to the guy crying about having 2 less bacon bites, mf could have just gone back and let them know. Pretty sure they would have helped in some way.

The pretzels are pretty nasty. And they really don't care if anyone buys anything. I had to wait a while for someone to come out of the back to sell me a pretzel. I only bought a pretzel because I could get a reward through my credit card, but then they charged me for cookies from their apparently co-owned mrs.fields and so the credit card doesn't recognize them.

As a fellow merchant at Crabtree Valley Mall, I just bought what was supposed to be an 8 piece "bacon mozzarella bites". When I returned to my shop (Flashback) I was furious to find only 6 pieces. Shame on you!! You've lost my business; I'm going to challenge my credit card charge and complain to mall management. DON'T GO THERE is my advice.

I just had a friend post on her FB page after observing the manager who handled money and never washed his hands and never put on gloves rolling dough and observed a co-worker doing the same thing. I can't eat there with an observance like that. Her post was 10 hrs ago.

Stopped by today to try the new pretzel bites with my two year old and my mom. The young man who took my order and made the bites for me stepped away from the counter. An older gentleman (who was working the Mrs. Field cookie counter) removed the bites from the warmer and put them on a pan. I asked him to please put the salt on them while they were in the pan. He ignored me and continued to put them in the cup. I again asked if he could please put the salt on while the rest were in the pan bc I didn't want some to be Saltier than others. He CONTINUED to ignore me, not even responding to me. I asked "can you hear me?" thinking maybe the glass was preventing him from hearing me. He looked at me said "yes I hear you. I know what I'm doing." He then put salt on the pretzels in the cup, put the top on the cup and shook it. I understand they do this for a living but a little communication could have gone a long way. Good customer service would have been him telling me what he was going to do, NOT ignoring me. The bites were DELICIOUS. But this older gentleman's lack of customer service was terrible. I'll never go back.

Great tasting pretzels and friendly staff! It is a little hidden though, PRO-TIP=it's around the corner from the Mrs. Fields cookie shop. Pretzel texture is similar to Auntie Anne's, but they don't have hot dogs wrapped in pretzel. Manager's special of 2 pretzels and large ICEE is where it's at.
