“I would say that when dropping off my truck, the experience started off a bit frustrating. The male employee who checks in the rentals was not very helpful and seemed to rush us to leave the truck without even verifying anything. That didn’t sit right with me, so I made sure to take my own personal pictures of the vehicle.
Shortly after, I was presented with a bill that was outrageous, especially since I didn’t even come close to using the miles I had estimated.
Luckily, Baylee D. was a wonderful help. He took the time to look into my account and made sure to correct the mistakes that were made when the reservation was created earlier that morning and during the drop-off process. He handled everything with such positive energy and professionalism.
