Got there around 5 pm, right when the office was closing. I'd been on a flight and was tired, and when I explained that I needed help accessing my unit, Mayo personally walked up to my unit with me and assisted with everything I needed. Mayo is certainly a great credit to the business.

My husband and I booked a tour with the manager but he was not there when we were scheduled to tour so the maintenance guy- Mayo was kind enough to take us around and answered all of our questions. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and successfully sold us on which storage unit we wanted to rent. Thank you again Mayo!

Just moved in to my unit today and had a couple questions even had to up my size from a 10x10 to a 10x20. Ralph was extremely helpful and professional. I thank him for his assistance. Would recommend to friends 10 of 10.

Great experience with Public Storage rental! Completed online rental in 5 minutes and moved in immediately. Carts were available at loading area for moving belongings through the building. Very clean and well kept facility and storage area. Congratulations to Ralph and staff!
