Went in for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wiper change under the maintenance package that I purchased. It took 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. I got home and there was no antifreeze in the vehicle. My husband had to add a whole gallon of antifreeze to the vehicle. So much for their multi-point inspection. They were more worried about selling me a $300 plus dollar battery.

I flew from Florida and Stephan picked me up at the airport then drove my new truck home. It was worth it and everyone at Capital Ford was great. No hidden bs or crap they tried to add on.

The worst experience I have ever had a dealership. Dropped my car off at 8am, 20 minutes before they closed they called me to tell me no one has had a chance to look at it. Awful communication and you have to jump through hoops to get anyone on the phone. I do not recommend taking your car to Capital Ford to be serviced.

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. As soon as I bought the car it started making noises. We reached out to the sales person (Devon Williams) and he said he'll get it looked at. They fixed one issue and ignored the rest. Even though the vehicle was under warranty they still tried to charge us $100 to use the warranty. Less than 6 months of us owning the car: the water pump went out than a wheel bearing and now in less than one year all 4 brake pads and rotors need to be replaced. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND AVOID THESE GUYS. COMPLETE CROOKS.

If I could rate this no or 0 stars I would. This past Saturday, a few friends and I were in the area just browsing and looking to buy a 5.0 Mustang. As soon as we saw one we were interested in, we received NO service for a while. Mitchell Anderson walked right past us and helped a couple a few cars down while ALL his coworkers sat in front of the dealership and didn't bother to assist us AT ALL. We yelled at this point asking for some service on a vehicle as nobody answered but just sat there and looked at us. Mitchell came back and first thing he asked was "How much do you make, I'm not here to waste my time it's business not personal". Never judge how someone may look as you never know what their agenda is with a vehicle. This was COMPLETELY unprofessional and unacceptable.

The lack of professionalism is spreading. I read the reviews before mine and most of them are linked to the service department, but now it's spreading to the sales department with a lack of accountability. I was shopping for a car and I saw things that were detailed in previous reviews like overfilling on oil, paint issues, and others. They tried to sell me a warranty to cover those options. Am I supposed to buy the car and immediately return to get it fixed? Then also be left wondering what's going on and when my car is supposed to be done with their poor customer service? I hope they cook bacon with no shirts

Hunter ! Hunter ! Hunter ! This young man , made everything so smooth and easy ! I came in looking at a Chevy Tahoe and I left with the suv that I always wanted anyway the Luxury Lincoln Navigator ! Hunter was very patient and took his time breaking down and explaining everything I didn't understand and needed to know . Go to Capital Ford ! And ask for Hunter ! He will get you right !!

Recently discovered that even though you're told your vehicle has been checked, it has not. Fortunately, another Ford dealership caught the issue in time and my family will not be returning.

They are the worst, when I got the estimate from them, I was told it would take only a few hours for repairs (scratched bumper and a replacement light) a few hours has turned into a pending 9 days. I would never recommend this place or use their services again.Edit* car was dropped off Tuesday 11.22.22 @ 8:30 am. I got an update that car will be ready for pickup on Wednesday 11.30.22 @ 4pm. I took my lunch break, and went up there to get my car thinking it's fix and ready to go, when I got there the bumper wasn't on the car or the replacement light. When inquired why my car not ready, I was then informed that the light is not there as yet and will not be until Friday, blaming this on the parts people and the Insurance Company (Geico) saying they are instructed to use "used" parts only if it's not available then they seek new ones ( a freaking light) needless to say I'm pissed and asked to get my car keys so I can take my car elsewhere, they refused to give me my car keys, saying they are going to call the police etc. I used the extra key and left with the car without the bumper. I will be taking them to Civil Court to get my bumper, light and car keys back.

My service appointment occurred on one of the busiest days at the Quick Lane. Phillip was my representative and he was patient and calm even though things were backed up and there were some employees out that day. Phillip treated me like a VIP. He got me a great ride home as there would be a delay due to the busy day, and kept me informed of the service process. New brakes, oil change, fluids topped off, tire rotation, state inspection all done at less than the quoted price. Phillip even arranged a car was and interior cleaning and made me one happy Ford customer. Thank you so much Phillip for such a great experience!
