I’ve transitioned to an apartment from sacred prison service for my National Gallery of Art finger painting protest of the government’s almost singlehanded breaking Earth’s climate system for all future generations to an apartment. My prison support team, OPAH Justice, moved me out of my old apartment so I didn’t select this facility but recall it was one of the best prices they found.

I had a personal move from Raleigh to Bowie, MD and while moving itself is stressful and rarely goes according to plan, the staff at Penske eased some of that for me. From answering the phones with care and professionalism to offering suggestions to help make the move seamless to being flexible as our move plans changed I am very happy to have been a first time costumer. “While at sheetz on Millbrook and green rd. This person pulled up in this ryder truck. The driver proceeded to throw a water bottle, a takeout container, and other small pieces of trash out of the truck window. This is the perfect example of how people have no respect for anything or anyone. I hope ryder will run the truck number and have a talk with this driver about how to be a decent human being. Also as if littering was bad enough the driver was happy to wave for the pictures of him littering.Updated review! Huge shout out to ryder of Raleigh for replying and addressing this issue. “Great experience with Pete at Budget and he came in early to meet me and pass me over a truck. It is a nice truck and clean. Had to extend the rental an additional day and he was very accommodating to just extend without any issues. Surprised to see all the negative comments, however, I can understand that the individual agents do not have the control over the condition of the trucks when they receive them, and unfortunately customers do not return on time without informing them, which has the ripple effect on other customers who have booked a truck.”

“Booked at the Durham location a month in advance, they moved my reservation to this location without telling me. Thankfully the Raleigh location had cargo vans available and called me the day before my reservation. Customer service was great, but the van they gave me was pretty dirty and was missing a gas cap (not really their fault).
All I care about is not getting hit with unexpected charges, and in that case Budget passed just fine. Drove the van all the way to Michigan and dropped it at a different location - had no trouble with return, and never got hit with any unexpected fees. Wasn’t perfect, but I’d use Budget Truck again if I’m in the same situation”
