It's this one guy who works there with glasses and on the big side alittle but anyways he's on the only one who gives a hard time! I came in there 2 weeks ago with my gift cards to sale and the guy who worked mornings took them with no problem! Last night wasn't the same and I was so mad. He said yall don't do that and I know that's a lie!!! He's never in a good mood, always rude and don't try to have friendly customer service experience.

Do not get anything from U-Haul through this franchise.The owner likes to try to force people to purchase optional extras, against U-Haul policy.Just steer clear, U-Haul is probably in the process of revoking their franchise.
