Friendly staff, and the prices are great, much more affordable than going to something like staples. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, if you don't know what toner or ink your printer needs (like me) they've got your back! Couldn't recommend more. They made things, fast, easy, and a good experience overall.

This place has very poor copier repair service DO NOT CARRY YOUR COPIER HERE FOR REPAIRS!!! They do not stand behind their work. It's been 4 months and they still have not made good on the repairs they messed up on my copier. Said they would call me back once they were moved into their new location and I still have not heard back from them!!! I have called them about three or four times and asked them to make good on their promise and to date they still have not made good on their promise. Watch out don't get burned like I did

I have been a customer at this store for over 7 years. But their recent new policies by the owner have made it an unpleasant place to frequent. I had recently purchased a defective ink cartridge that caused error codes on my printer (not the "printer out of ink" code). When I brought problem to the owner, she stated that it was empty and went into great detail to explain why she claimed that. She claimed that the code I was getting was due to something I downloaded off line (which was untrue), and that she would not meet me even part way in replacing my damaged cartridge because it was empty. I calmly took my cartridge and stated I would go somewhere else. As I walked out the door, she stated "We don't need customers like you!". Really? You don't need long time customers or my referral? OK, here it is. If you choose to shop here, I recommend you verify the amount of ink in your cartridge by having it weighed, to be sure it is filled accurately. As for damages, well, don't go on the weekend. I made that mistake and an note is posted on the counter that states they only take returns on the weekdays. So after 2 trips, I went home with a damaged ink cartridge and insulted by the owner.
