Chanticleer has been great at resolving our issues & righting their wrongs. Nate has been such a great help researching more into the issues we experienced at move in. I’m grateful to say with in the matter of a few days everything has been fixed. I appreciate Nate’s work to remind us we are cared about as tenants & things are fixed when they come up. Overall, despite everything thing below & it’s great to see that CTP cares about their tenants & Corey the maintenance guy also reassured me of this & talked highly of the owner Carla saying she always tries her hardest to make things right which I appreciate.

I moved into a unit managed by Chanticleer Properties a few months ago & things have been a headache from the start. First we couldn’t tour the unit we were interested in because the tentants wouldn’t answer our realtors requests. Then they had to push back our move in by over a week because the realtor who we were dealing with Cindy had realized nothing had been done to turn over our town house. Cindy is great & I have nothing negative to say about her because she discounted our rent for the inconvenience of not being able to move in on the 1st which we weren’t planning on doing anyways. But the day before we moved in she came to check out the unit and to her surprise still not much had been done. Luckily, they were able to get most stuff turned over by the day we moved in from 4+ hours away but not everything. I submitted a work order the day we moved in for a missing closet door & broken door jam & the light be out over our stairs. They fixed everything but the light. To this day 3 months later I’m still attempting to get this light fixed. The guy who came to fix the door jam & put up a new closet door said he didn’t have what’s need to replace that light bulb & said he’d let CTP know because someone else would need to come do it. Fast forward another month our microwave breaks & it takes over a month for them to get a replacement installed. During this process I ask again about the light & I’m told again that someone will be contacting me to replace it but I never got contacted for it. On top of all of this, our townhouse wasn’t very clean or in good condition when we moved in. There’s stains on the carpet, paint on parts of the floors, one of our kitchen cabinets is missing the tacks that hold up the shelves and more was wrong that isn’t a big deal but they NEVER gave us a form to fill out about all the damages around our unit so we don’t get charged for things when we eventually decide to move out.”
