Regal North Hills offers a clean and comfortable theater experience with friendly staff. The location is convenient, and the audio quality is excellent. The seats are generally comfortable, although many are worn and in need of reupholstering. Concession stands provide a variety of food, though prices are high, which is typical for theaters. Staff members are polite, professional, and helpful, especially when assisting with app downloads and account issues. However, service can be slow at times, and the theater can get hot during movies. Recently, there has been confusion regarding the age policy for rated R movies; the website states that those under 21 need a legal adult, yet staff at the ticket booth have been denying entry to anyone under 21, causing some frustration. The theater’s overall maintenance is good, but the worn seats are a concern, leading some customers to consider skipping this location in the future.

No heated seats, but thePeople were nice and I liked that they had their reclining chairs, but walking To our seats, the chairs were so dirty It was actually disgusting. That was my first and most likely last time going to this theater. I expect a lot more, especially with it being in North Hills…

Smaller venue within an outdoor mall. Wasn't as crowded as larger venues and covered parking was nice during rain. Vending had many options.
