ZERO STARS!!!!!!! They drafted my car payment and overdrafted my account by several hundred dollars!!! That just took food out of my children’s mouths for the next 2 weeks until I get paid again. Oh they won’t credit it back either. RUN RUN RUN !!! I’ll be refinancing with a different company by the end of today or tomorrow.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!! For one they'll over charge you. If you don't pay they'll send it to collections to make sure they "legally" scam you. They also won't give you the title to your car once it's COMPLETELY paid off! They're telling me that they can't even find my name in their system all of a sudden after years of paying them for the car. Now that's it's paid off and they owe me the title they can't find my account info anywhere?! BS. Dmv told me they over charged me so much that they're going to have the irs send me a check back of all the money I over paid. This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with since I drove the car off the FORD DEALERSHIP. DO NOT USE THEM OR ELSE!

Someone called me regarding my moms deferred payment.... My mom has recently passed on....The lady who called me was unprofessional, rude and ignorant. I can't believe they have employees like this making calls.I would never recommend dealing with this company who does business in such a manner.

Terrible company. Run away and find someone else to finance your car. If I had known what I know now I definitely would've not gotten that car. Unprofessional and the agents are ghetto. Been dealing with them for 6 years and I finally decided to give up. Zero stars but I had to select 1.

Filling a class action lawsuit against Regional acceptance corporation for predatory lending. I have found a group of people who are victims as well. I've been paying on a vehicle since 12/10/2012. The car was worth 6k. Finance charge was 10k. Totaling to 16k for the cost of the car. The interest rate was for 17.95% for 72 months. I've paid 30k on this vehicle and they state i still owe 3k on the vehicle. I reviewed a list of all of my payments and only 12k has gone towards the principal, 15k has gone to interest, and the rest in hidden fees. Regional states that a majority of the payments have gone towards interest due to deferred payments. One of their employees sent me a screenshot of my account. It states my interest rate is 17.97% which is not on my contract . They won't tell me how. I need to warn other consumers about their practices. I have also sent this info to the Attorney General for NC and received an email to send further information. Email me at

Worst business ever. They are snakes, they tried saying I was behind a payment and never was, they have no way to communicate, I sent email after email phone call after phone call and they never responded to me. They avoided me every time I tried to contact them, I called every number on there listing left voice-mails with all my info and they never once called me back, I couldn't even enjoy my car because of this. I sold the car so I wouldn't have to deal with this unresponsive company. 100% do not recommend this UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.

Ever since this COVID-19 epidemic they have helped my wife and I put our payments at the end of our loan to ensure we don't fall behind. I get the most amazing help every time I call.
