Nice Branch , Awesome staff, I suggested a Google update in the address , the lobby doors are not closed on the branch side of the location. This site shares space with the executive offices. The address is confusing. Bldg shows 3700-100...Look Left Park on the Right . Thank You!

It's unfortunate that there are not more Regions locations around this area. So far, I haven't had any issues with any visits and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I found out from my bank that they allowed someone to cash my money order that was written out to someone else. When you call to inquire, they can't help you. If that's not crooked, I don't know what is.

Tomica A. @this branch is customer service is super trash and the matter of fact attitude similar to human debris. Avoid her at all cost. She’s the “nice nasty type”. I told her I needed a new card and new number she printed the same card then act like she didn’t know; when the notes on my account stated the issue so you know she’s not much of a reader

Opened my account in Rockwood Tennessee back in 2007. Have moved to Eastern North Carolina years ago where the closest office is in Raleigh. Moved several times recently and the last time they would not allow me to change my address over the phone. (Regions previously let me change it over the phone with no problem) I informed them if I had to come in to a branch I would close my account and go with a local bank- it didn't matter. I had to drive 2.5hrs to the branch and instead of changing addresses I just closed my account. My issue is they let me do it over the phone before, why not now? Staff has always been nice. Parking is always easy. I had no issues with Regions.

Took a friend to this place so he could do some banking, and went to the drive thru teller only today. He and I wish that it was not just in Raleigh, N.C., and it be more throughout the N.C. region if possible.

Could never talk to a direct banker. Always on hold to long and when requesting information for local banks you get a 1800 number instead.

I was very disappointed last Friday when I drove to this branch from across town only to find they closed early at 2 pm rather than 4 pm as posted on the website! While it is Region's call on setting business hours, in the future please make changes only after posting new hours on your website. It will keep the bad experiences to a minimum. James Bean

The company I work for banks here. Im a manager and our checks are typically deposited into a NetSpend account but unfortunately due to what the whole entire WORLD is dealing with my company had to mail me a check. I went to regions to cash it, explained everything and was told they cant do anything about it...andits not them!! When I explained to the teller thae obvious she actually got an attitude with me and strted telling me how badly she is affected by having to be at work! Every penny matters now to the public and this bank should be ashamed of itself for operating this way at a time like this! I would never recommend this bank nor would I ever bank here.!
