Unbelievably slow dealing with this bank. I have been trying to acquire a HELOC through Regions for nearly 2 months. All of the required documents and signatures were submitted within 24 hrs of the initial visit. This bank didn't provide updates for weeks at a time, and only when I would reach out asking for a status update would they mention that some document didn't upload properly or additional information was needed. This observation occurred on 3 separate occasions, and each time I would immediately provide the requested information, and then not hear any further status updates. The last contact I had was > 3 weeks ago where I was told that "we should be ready to close next week"... at this point, I am not holding my breath and will find a different solution.TLDR; don't rely on a loan from this bank if you are in a pinch. Luckily we have other options but the amount of effort put in for no results is very frustrating.

At the teller, I was informed that funds against the check I deposited would be available by next day. Now I receive an email that a delay is placed on the funds with no mention of number of days. Is this a bank or a joke. I have lived and followed up with discrepancies from day one a few years ago.I don't receive paper statements. I can't look at credit card statements online. Employees talk nicely. Is that all that I should expect?

Customer service and the team lead / General manager is horrible as hell. Not good at allRegions Bank 4900 Falls of Neuse Rd Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27609 .Is the worst for Business checking .Don't open an account at this location!The old general manager name is Webb and he's lost my Business Paperwork,spelled my name wrong and lost funds. InWhich I give $3500 in cash .How is this possible Webb ,then closed out the account without my knowledge (stated he was missing my LLC and my social security card which is lies) and now I'm on the wild goose chase trying to get it back. Ridiculous,Regions Bank messed me up so badr I would never refer anyone here absolutely ridiculous.couldn't even get a PPP loan for my business. All they did was give a link and told me to figure it out..As a small business owner it hard and we don't have great support .

I must say i went to this location because i was directed to this location by customer service Because when i open my account there was a system outage and didn't receive a signature card the branch more a less refused to help me . Wow off to great start with regions. Hence one star .And issue is still not fixed now .

Incredible service from this branch. I had a transaction that required me to be present in a branch, which made a long drive down from the DC area necessary on short notice (Raleigh is the closest branch). Their friendliness and helpfulness drastically improved my day.

I felt so unwelcomed at this branch due to one bank representative. She had an attitude the entire time and made me feel like she did not want to help me with my account due to my race. She asked me the same questions numerous times as if I was lying and made me want to close my account. I can not speak on the other representatives at this location but this one in general was very rude.

When we first moved to Raleigh, I was worried about banking with a company that only has two locations in the whole Triangle. As it turns out, there couldn't be a better place to be! They know my name, they know my dog, and they know where I went to college in Mississippi. I could not ask for a sweeter group of people! I honestly don't think I could bank anywhere else.
