Probably the worst experience I've ever had at any kind of car shop. I ordered 2 tires online and set up an appointment which was extremely easy. My initial interaction at the shop was great, i got all set up and sat down to wait on my car. Within 5 minutes of waiting a very upbeat sales man came to talk to me telling me "You know you need all 4 tires replaced right?" then proceeded to show me some red zone and yellow zone chart saying my tires were dipping into the red zone. I'm not an idiot and i know cars. My 2 back tires had plenty of tread on them. I declined saying i couldn't afford all 4 right now and he mentioned their financing options. I again declined. After receiving my car back i checked if they had put the new tires on the back of my car like anyone who knows cars knows you should... of course they didn't. When i went in to ask about it the sales man tried to sell me some BS story about how if they took off my tires and saw some kind of wear on the inner wall they would HAVE to be replaced so he was actually saving me money. Then he pressured me again to get new tires (that i don't need). Word of advice: don't treat women like we don't know anything about cars and don't try to take advantage of people. Would never come back to this location.

I had a tire blow out on capital Blvd and needed last minute service and they were super helpful. They ordered my tire since it is a more uncommon tire and it got delayed a few days but the worker attending me was super nice and got the same tire locally to give me my car back at the promised date! I'm super thankful they got me done in a timely manner and without charging me excessive fees or prices for the tire itself. Would come back again!

There's literally nothing "discount" about this place. You can go to Walmart and get better options and faster service. Just your run of the mill sales men that try to convince you to spend even more money..

Fast responsive service. In and out with 2 new truck tires In an hour. Good price on the tires I wanted. Nothing but positive things to say about this Discount Tire.

They were fine. HOWEVER they do not tell you that they put an extra charge on for a warranty. It would have been nice to know. The tire is definitely more expensive here so I actually paid double. Unfortunately I didn't have a choice and had to get the tire that day.

I've been using this place for a long time now. They are extremely efficient if you take a second to request an appointment...most of the time you'll get a call saying they can get you in before then if you can. Prices are very competitive. They actually ran out of the tires I ordered this last time and instead of canceling or trying to up sell me, they went ahead and installed a better quality tire all the way around without charging me any extra. Sure, it's a chain, but they've always appreciated my business.

Scheduled a tire to get fixed. I got a giant nail in it from construction. I swapped it for the spare then scheduled a fix with discount tire. They inspected it, found another tire had a screw in it... fixed both, FOR FREE. I checked to make sure that was correct and they said yes. Great place, great customer service. Will definitely be buying my tires from here.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. Especially Gary who assisted me. They were short staffed, but I was acknowledged right away and kept up to date on my car.

I have been buying my tires at discount tire for 15 years for all of my cars. I just stopped to get an air check for one of the cars and nobody had the decency to knowledge my presence either in the car or when I walked in the store after 15 minutes. Disappointing.

I had an appointment to get my tire patched up after I saw a nail in it. It was holding air for the most part, but i wanted it to be repaired before it went completely flat. Discount tire placed the patch on a Friday and it took about 1.5 hours. They assured me everything went fine and that it was patched up. The next morning, I went out to my car to find the tire now completely flat. Really disappointing considering it just had been "repaired." I called and left a nice message about the situation and never got a call back. I ended up going to another place to get it repaired correctly and they directly told me that they had placed a patch that was too small and that's why it wasn't holding air. I ended up getting it properly repaired at that place. It seems like discount tire really just wants the money and for me to buy an entirely new tire. Thank goodness I got a second opinion.

Had a flat on the highway and a tow truck bring me here … fantastic people. Great price. Stayed open late to help me. I’m super happy my tow truck driver brought me here (Oscar’s Towing - also highly recommended)

Discount tire broke the lug nut on my rim and inconvenienced me for a whole week of work. There was no apology , discount, or free service offered on their end. I would not recommend going here.
