I’m gonna be 100% honest the customer service is horrible the way they speak to you over the phone is very bad, like they just don’t care. I ordered a dryer under the fastest delivery 1-3 days and it didn’t end up getting to me until 7-8 days later it’s false advertising. Then when I call to ask about it the employee acted as if he didn’t care.

The female manager at the Poole Rd store is a BULLY. I have Multiple Myeloma Cancer, Multiple Sclerosis and Renal Kidney Failure stage 3. She has hunted me down like I'm an animal in the wild over payments on the date of the due date. I'm living to fight cancer but now I'm on a much higher dose of my anxiety prescription medication because of my very scary and negative interactions with her. Sne told me that she didn't give a darn about me being in the hospital as she called me 9 times back to back. That is just one of several times she's harassed me. I've talked to a lawyer who says I have the grounds to sue her. Why is she still working for you all please?

I always go online first to pick the things that I want when they don't have them in the store it might take a day or so but they usually are fast and they'll bring the stuff to the store what you want and call you I bought a mattress at 4 with a guarantee on they got me where I want to be I sleep better now.

These people are crooks! I was supposed to get a bedroom set. Only got a mattress and frame that I could have bought from Walmart, and now I'm being hustled through they payment system. I was set up to pay monthly, and they charge however they see fit. If I had a vehicle to get my bed from another place, I would have never went to these crooks. Then instead of correcting the issue, This lady decides to ask for a payment... I recommend nobody shops here...unless you want to give money away.

Worst store customer service the store told me I get week 5 free I woke still got charged for that week I called an talked to Stephanie on the phone she told me I couldn’t get the money back that I should call a head of time to remind them of my free promo week when there the ones that advertise it also she couldn’t explain to me why they were gonna charge me for a free week am not give me my back these people are theirs

SANDRA!!! The manger. So unprofessional and unorganized! I was suppose to have my bed delivered Thursday and she did not call me and tell me she could not deliver it. I called her and rescheduled for Friday between 10am-12pm..it’s 12:30pm not a call or sign of anyone!!! I called the store and then the delivery people got to my house at 1pm in two trucks because they were not from her store. They was from a different location than Sandra (the manger) store. They come inside my home and just drop everything off and left because they said that was the order from the store manger SANDRA!!! She expected me to put a king size bed together… SHE NEED TO BE REMOVED! poor customer service and communication!!!

Where do I begin . RAC is terrible in general, and I’ve only had them for a few months . Aaron’s is better at this point . Anyways you’re a day late and they’re blowing up your phone . The manager was nice and understanding but that staff TF TERRIBLE ESPECIALLY DONNA . Leaving dents in my door from banging so hard . They claim they will work with you but don’t . Sorry excuse of a company , unprofessional , and not realistic what so ever .

On October 24th Sandra the manager from the Poole Rd store came and picked up a laptop that I was renting for work bc I did not have my payment...."mind you this is Saturday "...I asked if she would please allow me to pay my renewal fee the following Monday which would have been October 26th. She sent an employee to come get the laptop, and the renewal fee for a 1,200 dollar bed "THAT I AM JUST ABOUT FINISH PAYING FOR", said that she would bring a receipt back, I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF I AM DONE PAYING FOR AN PRODUCT THAT IS 1,200... BUT SHE WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO MAKE MY PAYMENT TWO DAYS LATER FOR THE LAPTOP, AND I PAID MY RENWAL FEE FOR MY BED...I LOST THE JOB BC SHE TOOK THE LAPTOP...What kind of relationship is that to have with a client,? I'm done, I will DEFINITELY not refer NOBODY to go there....

This place is a NIGHTMARE!!! Please dont believe them when they say 6 months same as cash!!! You will end up paying almost double. READ THE FINE PRINT (WHEN THEY SHOW YOU THE CONTRACT WITH THE CASH AMOUNT, NOTICE IT IS FILL IN THE BLANK AND HAVE WORDS BEHIND IT, once PRINTED)!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... Avoid this place. Sandra is the manager. This Renter Center will still attempt to take payments from your account even if you return merchandise with a zero balance. Very Unprofessional Renter Center and feel very sadden for the community as this company is taking advantage during a very critical time in American History. Renter Center Will be out of business very soon. You do not cheat minors, teach them!

I regret purchasing anything from this location. The store manager Sandra is so rude. Her attitude is awful! Definitely contacting the district manager.
