The absolute worst pharmacy ever. I literally don't understand what's going on inside of that pharmacy. They put you on hold and continuously pick up the phone and put you on hold again, without saying anything. They've given me incorrect medication, which is very scary! I definitely would not recommend

Don’t try to get your prescriptions filled here, their system does not work. I’m pretty sure their staff is doing twice the workload they should. Their app and computer systems don’t appear to talk at all, so in 12 months I haven’t had my prescriptions auto refill like they should once. I will be avoiding Walgreens like the plague now.

I paid for a rapid flu test and Covid $19.99 it said 30 minutes and it has been 8 hours no email yet with the results. Now they are closed so i guess i will have to call tomorrow

They are too busy and too overworked to be helpful or kind, or to do their job well. Go somewhere else, too many people try to use this location and you're just going to be disappointed and frustrated and want to yell at the underpaid/overworked staff. Which isn't going to be helpful for you or them. Save your time, go somewhere that's not so busy.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The pharmacists are rude and unprofessional. They're unwilling to help with anything, do not answer the phone, and talk to you like you're stupid. It's shameful that anyone working in this industry would lack common courtesy especially when someone is just trying to pick up an inhaler SO THEY CAN BREATHE. Use anyone but them.

DO NOT use this pharmacy. I've been trying to get a prescription transferred here from CVS and when I went to get it they said they never got it. Figured it was just a mistake so I called CVS to check up and they told me multiple times that they sent it and to have Walgreens call them to sort it out. I told this to the people at Walgreens and several times they refused to call CVS because they don't answer their phones (not true, I've had to call them about 4 times to deal with this situation and they do answer). When I told the pharmacist all this she was really rude and basically brushed me off trying to get rid of me. I've spent the last 4 days calling and showing up to both pharmacies trying to get this dealt with and I finally gave up and had it sent to another Walgreens which was a piece of cake. I never even write reviews but I made a Yelp account to leave this one because I'm so beyond frustrated with them. Yeah just DO NOT use this pharmacy unless you're looking for a miserable horrible experience.

This Walgreens improves with every visit! When I moved to Raleigh a year ago and needed my prescription transferred. This was my nearest Walgreens but it had 1 star reviews. On my first trip to the pharmacy there, I could see why. The staff was not engaged and customer service was minimal. I’m here every 3 months and let me tell you- the service keeps improving! When I speak to a pharmacists on the phone I am speaking to someone cheerful and helpful. I find it to be my friendly neighborhood Walgreens now!

This is an instance where I wish I would have taken the reviews seriously. This should not be an operating pharmacy in a first world country. The confident ineptitude of this establishment is next level and dangerous. This place gave me the wrong prescription and I called to let them know. Once they realized their mistake they said it would take days to get the right one, leaving me days without the insulin delivery system needed to oh I don’t know….live. They said they’d call me when it came in and wouldn’t have to charge me a second time because it was their mistake. As you can imagine they did not call so I came in anyway. When I came in they had no clue what I was talking about and didn’t want to give me the new and correct prescription because they had “already sold me another one”. When they finally agreed to give me the life saving prescription necessary to live my daily life they asked me to return the previous prescription they gave me which keep in mind had been unboxed. Don’t get my second hand prescription. Go somewhere, anywhere else. This place is dangerous.

Excellent for COVID testing. Make an appointment online, show up on time with your documents ready, and it's an easy swab (for the rapid test, at least.) I had my results in 1 hour straight to my email, and the lady working the drive through was really nice!

This location deserves 0 stars! Like others have said they will tell you the prescription is ready and when you get there they will tell you its not. Never again.Try Harris Teeter right up the block from Walgreens. They are efficient, speedy, kind, and knowledgeable. I waited 10 minutes to get my prescription filled, and this was right before the Pharmacist went on break!

Truly incompetent “service”. Took 5 trips to the pharmacy and calling my insurance company just to get my prescription taken out of the system so I could fill it elsewhere. Nobody seems to know how to do anything there besides waste customer’s time.
