I arrived at the store this morning at about 9:25 am to pick up some items and saw two young women sitting on the curb wearing their Walgreens badges. One said they would be late opening, waiting for someone to come with a key, so I waited. At about 9:50 am the Manager arrived and jokingly said, I never have to work on Sunday, as if that is actually an excuse, not a good example!

Honestly the worst Walgreens maybe in America. The actual store is great but the pharmacy is just a mess 🤦🏽♀️. The main pharmacist - Raj i believe his name is - is always combative and rude. My prescriptions never seem to be correct and the wait lines are always long. I will say I’ve never had any problems with the techs they are all super sweet and helpful. Unfortunately my experience today was the final straw. I will be transferring to another location and or company in general.

Came here yesterday morning and the front of store associate was extremely friendly and helpful. Store was organized and check out was quick

The people at the pharmacy are unbelievably rude. Won’t look at you, mumble stuff and then give you the stink eye when you ask them what they said. I hate this place.

I decided to purchase two of the same product because it was buy one get one, but I wasn't given the sale price because I didn't have an account with Walgreens. I realized the mistake while still at the register and wanted to return the second item. The cashier told me I wouldn't be able to return the item for a few hours because the system won't know I've purchased it. Management or corporate needs to fix the problem immediately, whether the problem is working with a sales system that is awful, or training their staff on how to return products.

The people who work in the pharmacy at this location are the worst I've ever encountered. I had to switch pharmacies after they kept giving me the wrong prescription. They're dangerous.

Located at a very prospective busy shopping area . Customer service could be much much better. A visit to the pharmacy was abrasive. Six forks walgreens has better service than this location. It seems to me than everyone was quite busy trying to avoid having to help customers. Welp! This location is tremendously prospective for walgreens, however, why can't there be extra effort at the pharmacy?

I am Very Glad to have finally found a pharmacy where I - I am treated with Respect & Kindness and above all Patience - as someone with a Bi-polar & anxiety diagnosis & PAST treatment with opiates/Adderol And Anti-anxiety medication All prescribed d by Doctors - Not by me - Which I want Noted - I Discontinued of my Own volition - which was Brutal & sought out reputable responsible Doctors. Then opiate crisis & irresponsible Drs like the 2 I was Assigned by my insurance Toxified the medical industry to its core & Somehow it’s the patience like myself with mental health issues brought on by trauma & abuse in their past & legitimate verifiable diagnoses of degenerative & highly painful physical diseases are now Somehow the Bad guys & at fault. I have been treated like a low life criminal More times in the past number years at multiple pharmacies in Spite of my medical industry I do have am still treated with kindness & Respect Here at this specific Walgreens which seems to be maybe a Franchise or family owned - I.E. Not part of the toxic Mega machine that all seemingly every other & I THANK thtm from thr bottom of my heart

Horrible. Horrible horrible! For some reason I've been coming here for years off and on. Always horrible customer service. But then again every Walgreens has horrible customer service. So does CVS.Please do not touch customers, debit and credit cards lady that cashed me out.It's rude! Also don't wash your hands so vigorously right in front of my face.

OVERPRICED!!!!! Don’t come here unless you want to pay $7 for a basic snack. Came in just to get a water bottle & a lighter & was shocked at the prices here.
