This pharmacy is AWFUL. I never write reviews. Ever. The people who work at this pharmacy are unapologetic and the furthest thing away from helpful. I would elaborate but I will be going to management and corporate about my experiences with the technicians. Take some pride in what you do even if you don’t do it well. It’s gotten SO bad over the past couple of years. Been coming here for years. I am transferring my meds to another Walgreens. What a joke.

The pharmacy at this location is not good. Poorly trained. I had a prescription pickup and 3 different times they said it would be an hour. I come today and I ask when will it be ready and the girl says to me “we are about to go on break”. Customer service is a lost art.

I wish this wasn’t the closest Walgreens to my house. I loathe coming here. Pharmacy has god awful hours and there’s always a ridiculous wait. Phone menu makes it impossible to get through to a real person. Seriously thinking about taking my business to CVS instead.Now I was told it’ll be another three hours for my daughter’s antibiotic when I’ve already been waiting over two and they close at six. And they can’t bother to answer their damn phones.

Why does the Walgreens website allow you to make an appointment for a shingles vaccination if they are just going to turn you away upon your arrival because you do not make the age requirement? I am 49 years old (which they knew because I had to enter my birthdate), and I’m immunocompromised (which I filled in I’m obese). Like Covid, if you’re immunocompromised, you are allowed to get the vaccine. However, upon arrival I’m told I need a prescription from the doctor because I’m not 50. I don’t mind that I am unable to get the vaccine without a prescription, but why not state that on the website and reject my appointment???? Walgreens has once again wasted my time and gas money for nothing. Update your website!!!

I'm not sure what's up with these companies hiring these rude workers. You guys really need to take the time to teach these people some true customer service etiquette. This location was closing at 10 o'clock and I showed up at 9:50 to grab a view items for sick kid. There was a really rude worker that says some rude things about how they were closing and how they would be able to close sooner if I would hurry up and leave. I quickly looked at her and asked her wow, this is how you guys are allowed to speak to customers. She then tried to change the subject in a jokingly manner. But the damage was already done. I am mediately asked her to make sure that I got the Walgreen survey because someone needed to know how she was talking to customers.

Organization is great and easy to find items. Not enough help at all in store. Waited 5 min to get checked out by someone in the photo dept. Will not be going back to location anytime soon.

Never reach them on phone calls, even waited for 25-30 mins there was just waiting music with the voice set up “all helping the other calls and 3 callers ahead of you”!!!!

From my experience every time I go there they are always out of stock or back Oder always never gonna use this Walgreen again never ever have a very bad experience.I don’t know why even they open if they don’t have any prescription.

There are some good Walgreens in Raleigh, but this is not one of them. The only reason I come here is because my insurance forces me to. There's obviously not enough staff, which means there's always a wait, and the pharmacy is often closed unexpectedly. Even their computers are unreliable - their system went down recently just as I was walking in the door for a scheduled flu shot.

Worst Customer Service. Staff very unfriendly and don’t care as to how long you waiting to get service. Some of the staff are poorly trained and waste your time asking for unrelated insurance info even when it’s on their systemI waited over 30min even after having completing all the forms on line just to be told I have fill out the forms all over again. Very frustrating experience at this location and I will not be shopping there again

Terrible service and they treat you like you are the problem... how hard is it to count some pills and put them in a bottle? Why do I have to wait for hours on end when my family member is sick. Go to another pharmacy.

This has to be the absolute WORST Walgreens store in Raleigh. Most times, it is rare to see an actual employee in the store. If you do find an employee, they are doing the bare minimum. The prices increase every other day too. AVOID this overpriced, pos store. I'd give zero stars if I could.
