If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I came in because I had gotten a nail in my tire on my drive home after a long morning in the ER. They got my tire patched and ready to go much faster than anticipated. Everyone was super nice and accommodating! I will definitely be back for any tire needs! I highly highly recommend RNR!!

Don’t get behind because if you expect them to treat you has a human they won’t. Doesn’t matter how calm and respectful you are with them. I asked for one day to catch up with them. The choice I was given was $356 by 6 or return merchandise. Threats of court and legal action.

My overall experience was good but my card was charged twice. I called back today and was told I could come in store to get a refund or have it applied to my next payment. The only option for me was to apply to my next payment because I live 55 minutes away and the store closes at 6; the same time I get off work. I’m kind of leery about the automatic draft now..

I had something stolen from my car and it was not replaced by anyone... They get a 1/2 star for customer service rims look got but got my new bottle of Prada 3.4.oz out my back seat and left the damn box....for real...lock your car....

Gas light and lies about how the insurance process works. We had a flat tire with a set of rims and tires that we got at another location. They told us oh yeah we can order that. It would be 3 days to order the tire. They mentioned yes you have to pay for a $20 copay for the insured tire. We said great! We will be back next Saturday because we both work full time.
They said great we will order it.
Called to confirm that we are still in for Saturday. They said no we actually told you guys you have to call down to the original place you got the tires and rims pay the $20 then we will order it.
So we have been 1 car short for a week and will be short. Yeah don’t come here.
