Do not go to this store the sales people will lie to your face about prices and financing and you'll end up renting out furniture that will never be yours. This place is trash and they should be shut down. They literally steal money from honest people.

Useless warranty that sent me flying onto the floor for weeks supposedly was 100% covered under warranty but somehow I ended up paying over $800 to get my broken bed replaced. I started falling out on the floor every night. If you purchase the bed the base and the bed actually separate meaning you have to get each company to come out. Tempur-pedic guy comes out says holy crap the rooms to go team not only left off pieces of the bed, but they installed others. Wrong frame and bass were bent, and the mattress has been completely completely damaged . He used to work for the other side so he took all the pictures. I called and told rooms to go the situation. They said they would have to send their own person out to get pictures even though I already had them and then I would have to go through this complicated process to get the new mattress they sent another guy out who's exact words were oh my God you've been sleeping on this. This situation was absolutely intolerable. I had just come out of the hospital and had no use of my right arm at one point when I was tossed onto the floor by the bed I ended up just staying on the floor until the nurse came . Temper-pedic calls me tells me no problem. Go online order a base. Here's a code will deliver Hundred percent covered you don't have to pay a thing. Rooms to go calls me tells me we no longer have the mattress so we'll do a reselection just go into the store and pick out a mattress you like that's about the same price. Oh by the way, you'll have to pay delivery, but don't worry the manager will take that cost off, I get your rooms to go. The manager actually starts arguing with me about why did Tempur-pedic swap out the bases and I said you do realize you're arguing that they actually swapped out the bases for free. I said if you wanted to pay for the bases that's totally fine. He froze and realize how stupid he looked , then he tells me he can't do anything about the delivery fee but he'll call and look into it never saw him again. The guy starts showing me beds and telling me how I need a $4000 mattress and shows me another $2000 mattress remember I'm getting about $875. I finally said are these the only bed you have in the store by the way I'm legally blind so it's difficult for me to find things he says yes he didn't realize I'm not gonna buy it, and he takes me to another bed that was terrible , he goes to help another customer so I start looking around and I'm finding other ones . Lots of them. I finally found a decent one that was almost identical to the one I had only problem is it's a $400 difference I go and I talk to the people at the store and they're likely you'll have to pay the difference. I said you don't have the same mattress and it's supposed to be a full warranty , I finally agreed to pay the $400 because remember I'm falling on the floor and I just got out of the hospital. My home health nurses were actually trying to get me a hospital bed it was so damaged people then he tells me I owe them close to $900. I was like what the hell is happening he tells me that they require you to buy a mattress cover or you void the warranty for your mattress. They told me this before but the mattress cover is pretty damn useless. I ended up with a stain on my mattress and the stain on the cover and the mattress cover is $100. He then tells me I owe them other fees take away and taxes again the other place took away the vase and delivered it and I paid zero I said this is absolutely not right. What is so good about a warranty if you don't honor it. So oh by the way as we're having the conversation about the mattresses I told the guy look even if I wanted to. I can't afford this because I have to buy new furniture for my living room and chairs. He's like oh well you can we can give you more credit and stuff and then you can buy you know cheaper stuff and then get the bed and I'm sitting here like what the hell and I walked out I

I enjoyed my shopping experience today because there was never any pressure to buy or make a decision. Victor was very helpful and patient. I purchased a reclining rocker that is perfect. It will be delivered in 1 week. Thanks for helping me.

Had a great experience at Rooms To Go. Diane made it easy. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They have a great variety of furniture. Something for every taste. Would definitely recommend going there. And ask for Diane!

Jackie Morales was an excellent sales rep & extremely acknowledgeable. She knew the smallest details to every sectional piece & gave me the best advice on which best fits my ‘vision’. The bilingual was a bonus to help explain to my mom as well. Give this lady a raise !

Korey gets a 10 star review. I went into the showroom last Sunday and Korey was the 1st Sales Associate to greet us smiling and ready to assist. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he led my husband & I straight to it. He showed us all the variations to the dining/modular living room set.I wasn’t sure about the measurements so I told him we would be back. He told us when he worked. Well I kept my promise and went back today to purchase, but only if Korey was my Sales Associate. We walked in, asked for Korey and made the purchases.Thank you Korey and I’ll be back again.

My wife and i were due for a new mattress and decided to go to rooms to go. We were met by Donnell the minute we walked through the front door. He was excellent! Took us directly to the mattress showroom and went into detail regarding the differences from one mattress to another. We felt he was professional and not pushy to make a sale and it was a very positive experience. Thanks Donnell for helping us find the right mattress for us.

I would give R2G negative stars if I could. I Purchased the Laney Park Dark Gray sectional. The sectional is pilling really badly, sagging, bunching and all over wear is terrible. I called to complain and they were incredibly rude, and then cancelled my credit card w them.!!!!

This has been the worst experience with any furniture store that I have ever dealt with. If I could write this review without giving any stars I would. My husband and I went to the rooms to go on Glenwood Ave, and chose a living room couch from the show room. We wanted a different color, so of course a couch had to be ordered. Upon delivery; we realized that the wrong couch was delivered to us. So we had to call customer service to let them know the wrong couch was delivered to us. We were assured that the mistake would not happened again. Following a week and a half, rooms to go managed to deliver another wrong couch. How does this happened twice? We were told that the Sales Associate put in the wrong order number. So we had to wait two extra weeks, to get the correct couch. Today, was set for us to have the right couch delivered. However, I was told that the delivery men arrived; and could not get a hold of me by phone, or voicemail; so they were released to go by their manager. When I called the customer service number, I was told that they did not have any messages that a delivery person tried to attempt to call me. I left another number for them to call. I called again to see what happened as the delivery did not take place, I was told that the delivery manager released the delivery driver from waiting at my place. I was home the entire time. I asked to speak to someone in charge; or to corporate to file a complaint; I was told by the person at customer service that she was corporate. This is ridiculous. Now I have to wait yet another week for the right couch to be delivered; and apparently by my phone the entire time. After this, I will not have any more dealings with rooms to go. Very unprofessional.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at Rooms to go. Jackie helped my family and I look for our new living room set. She was very patient as my husband and I both had different wants, we also had our two young kids but she was able to help us find the perfect set and answered all of our questions! Thanks Jackie for your assistance and for making this experience the best.
