I came into Roses and saw this display. Now being a customer what would you think? I get to the register and the manager has to be called because she says it’s not the whole box. Well why is it on display IN A WHOLE BOX? The manager comes over with an attitude saying it’s not to be sold pick one out… well since when do CUSTOMERS have to open boxes on display to PICK ONE OUT. He was unprofessional and WRONG. What he should have done as a MANAGER was apologize and take the sign down. But he was nasty!! And mad at me because of his lack professionalism. 1/27/2024 @ 2:30 p.m

This is the best roses i ever seen it is so clean and neat, everything is in place! The customer service is superb. I felt so Happy just being in there ! Everyone was smiling and they was respectful! There was not one basket in the parking lot ! I love this roses and I will return!

Roses is a good place to shop. It is located on the corner of Martin Luther King and Raleigh Blvd, here in Raleigh NC. They have great discount on many of their items.

I worked there and it’s horrible they expected me to know where everything was and I didn’t. This was my first time in retail and they ruined it. I’ve been bullied by managers there not helpful at all they wanted me to do everything by myself so I couldn’t take it anymore.

I absolutely love this store ! This is the biggest store that I have been to period. The Roses up North is not this big at all. There is nothing you can not find here. The store was neat and very clean. I will be returning my next visit down there.
