Every time I go to a restaurant and love their coffee, tea or hot chocolate they always tell me it’s Royal Cup. Unknowingly, you’re always my favorite! I wish you’d sell individual servings to the public!!

Very disappointed with the service my company has received from Royal Cup in Virginia. Poor communication, lack of urgency in resolving problems, and no accountability after saying they will do something. Signed an agreement more than 2 months ago and several of our locations are yet to offer coffee.

I recently had gastric sleeve surgery and have had a terrible time trying to find stuff to drink that is calorie free and no artificial sweeteners. A friend suggested that I try the tropical tea. I did and I was hooked!! Their customer service is amazing and when my order was put on back order, they were so friendly and did everything they could to get my order pushed through.

Ingredients not listed for their tea products anywhere on the product or their website. Contacting the company to ask for them proved fruitless.

used to be great tasting coffee but for some reason this year the quality changed along with the packaging. we've been ordering the same gourmet flavor for 3 years and the taste is awful now.

Decent coffee, horrible company to deal with, impossible to reach over the phone, moody and arrogant delivery drivers, having to buy coffee from other suppliers since our coffee guy stopped coming 2 months ago and I cant talk to anyone in the company... I wish IHG would drop them as their "approved" and only coffee/tea supplier

Our family owned restaurant and coffee shop has exclusively bought espresso pods from Royal Cup for 10 years. We tried to schedule a routine service call for our espresso machine (that we purchased from Royal Cup) and were told that it "wasn't worth their time" to come out to fix it and that we should "take our business elsewhere." To say that we were shocked and disgusted by the rudeness of their "customer service representative" is an understatement. During times like these
