Sadly this location and supposedly the entire company is going out of business. I was never a fan of this store as much though but it will be missed.

Placed an same day order took 3 hours to get it then half the order wasnt even in stock. Wasted time. Cashier wasnt any help either . Treated me like I was bothering her.

Rue21 offers a wonderful shopping experience here in the triangle. My preteen enjoys shopping here for her graphic tees so she can stay trendy. The prices are fair and the staff offer excellent customer services and a great sales floor experience for guests.

Today i went into the store and i have to say I was happy with the service sadly the customers were the ones giving a hard time to the employees. One of the workers decided to open a second register to get the line down and a man tried to cut the line and the employee kindly let him know their was a line and she had to take the next person on line. He and his wife proceeded to curse and be disrespectful and proceeded to mock a spanish speaking customer just because the employee spoke to them in spanish. The employee kept her composure and continued to take customers in a positive manner that i have say after that incident her customer service was still great thank you for still taking the time to give us the full experience. Remember everyone be kind and courteous to everyone working during the holidays without them this world would not run.

When I went the associates here were very nice and helped me find everything that I needed and let me know about the new stuff that had just come in that they were stocking.

Pretty good store, I am very happy they have a good sized plus section with pretty good markdowns. The last time i visited the picking were slim, but usually i can get a good deal on sweatpants and other essentials. I do wish the designs on alot of the men clothing were also available on the plus size, but thats more of a complaint with rue21 as a company and not this location
