If you're a Saks Fifth shopper, this place will be a disappointment . I love shopping at the Saks in Florida at Dadeland mall. I usually go once a year on business and I get great service. This location I visit regularly and every time I walk in, the sales staff just stare as if I'm not a customer. They never give samples, they never have anything new, they rarely have anything. It's a waste of a department store. And once I tried to return perfume and the manager told me they don't accept returns, which is untrue because I've purchased and returned perfumes before at Saks in Dadeland mall in FL.

This Saks refused to accept my return from an online order because it was “damaged.” Well, that’s why I was trying to return it. The hoodie I ordered was actually MOLDY due to the shipping box getting wet (see picture).I understand that online order shipping issues are not my local store’s fault. However, the Saks website return policy says “make a return in-person for a faster refund.” They directed me back to the website’s customer service, so that was not my experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the level of service I received at your store on July 30th 2023. My experience at your establishment was nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention.Upon entering your store, I was not acknowledged or greeted by any of the staff, despite walking around for a considerable amount of time. Subsequently, when I attempted to return a pair of Chanel shoes, which had been ordered by my personal shopper from another location, I was met with what I can only describe as abysmal customer service. The individual handling my return transaction barely communicated with me and seemed to treat me with a complete lack of respect or courtesy.As I was leaving the store, I encountered another representative who, in stark contrast, was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not manage to obtain her name, but I was grateful for her assistance. However, what followed next was deeply unsettling. My children noticed that we were being closely monitored, with one of your representatives seemingly following us and then observing from a distance as we left the premises. This behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated.Such unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and has left me with a feeling of deep dissatisfaction. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times, and I certainly did not receive the level of service that your establishment purports to offer.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and investigate the behavior of your staff. I sincerely hope that appropriate action will be taken to address these issues and prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment in the future.I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions that will be taken to address this matter. I hope for a swift resolution and an assurance that steps will be taken to improve the customer service standards at your store.I have the receipt and the time that I was in your store if needed.This took me a while to pull together because I was just going to just let it go but I feel like it’s time to speak up!

Don't ever order anything from them online. We ordered some items and they told us that they lost our order in their warehouse. We ask for a refund and they said we had to wait 7 days because it's policy. Told them we did not agree with that but sure. Well today is the seven days and we call back for our refund and we are now told we need to wait 3 days. They are stealing and refusing to issue refunds. I will never order from here again.

Saks had poor customer service today. Maria, the salesperson, did not acknowledge my presence the entire time I stood in front of the desk/register, waiting to ask questions about a gown. The supervisor/manager came over to ask her a question... still while I stood there. It wasn't until I finally spoke up while staring at both of them. Ken, the manager then asked if I needed help. It wasn't until afterwards Maria asked if she could help. I walked over to another register and was helped by Beth! Did not spend my money there. Went to Nordstrom.

I ordered shoes from Saks Fifth online and wanted to return them to the store because the size did not fit. The employee and her manager were extremely rude and they said the shoes were used and not in sellable condition when I had only tried them on once! Very disappointed with the experience. The worst franchise of Saks ever!

First time I ever went in a Saks that didn't have any sales on purses and didn't have anything else to buy that's worth buying either. Never will I ever drive 2 hours again to this store it sucks. They have nothing. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I love my Saks fifth avenue. However, Triangle is going under and changing their style to accommodate the unfortunate direction the mall is heading. I had several items in my arms, including a saks bag since I just bought a pair of shoes. I walked around to get service. Finally a lady was talking with another customer. I waited very patient to ask for a fitting room, which I waited till she was done speaking to other lady. The sales lady stated I'll be with you in a minute. Now I get that you are helping another customer, but all I needed was a dressing room. I felt she was focus on that one lady because she seem to spend more than I would be at the time. I just felt the lady was unaccommodating and a little judgmental. She didn't even check on me to see if everything was working out. Needless to say, I bought what worked and left.I will stick to the online shopping instead of going back to the store.

With the closure of half of the store and layoff of the long term staff this store feels more like a TJ Maxx than luxury shopping. The men’s section is truly awful, stocking only giant logo brands and plastic shoes. The women’s selection is better, but the layout of long rails, with clothes crammed in makes it feel like bargain hunting experience at a thrift shop. On our last few visits the staff have been inattentive and on their phones. Not worth the 45 minute drive anymore

High end store with a good bit of luxury clothing. It's growing slightly but I wish they had more options though, like a men's St Laurent section. Overall my best store in the mall, definitely recommend

Staff was super nice and friendly. The selection was not what I was accustomed to for a Saks store. Mostly athleisure and mainly one brand.
