Love love love coming here! Very clean and relaxed salon. Camden is so kind and always does a fantastic job, even asking if you want it styled (curled/straightened) at the end. Plus the head massage is worth the entire cost of the haircut?

Made an appointment at least one week in advance. The salon called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment telling me the stylist I had booked “was running behind and didn’t have time for me.” I was already on the way to my appointment and had to simply turn around. No one apologized on the phone and they could only re-book me with stylist who cost way more money. Not even a simple “I’m sorry for wasting your time.” Really disappointed in the costumer service aspect and how they decided to handle the situation after I had been a customer for several years. At the bare minimum they could have apologized.Service: Haircut

i got my best hair cut/color here by the best- caroline jones. caroline is not only positive, hilarious, and fun to talk to; but she is literally amazing and knows exactly how to make a client happy. I HIGHLY recommend her and salon blu as everyone there is professional and incredible. <<333

I know people who come here and get good (color) service, however the haircut I received from Sierra was not what I asked for and when I called to get it fixed they told me the stylist said I didn’t ask for something I did ask for. There were some things that stuck out as odd to me during the cut (telling me my hair part didn’t matter when it resulted in uneven layers, telling me I have a lot of hair - I don’t, not giving me a mirror to check the back of my hair when cut was finished) and also the fact that the cut took so little time, but I still waited til the end, and it did not end up being what I asked for. If you need a good cut, this is probably not the place.Service: Haircut

First off, I don’t even want to write this review because my hairdresser Shawn is so fantastic and I don’t want her to get booked up!! She is the most amazing hairstylist I have ever been to. She knows exactly what will work for my hair type and color, and each time I leave my hair looks FLAWLESS. Bonus points that she’s also hilarious and super fun to talk to. I have been coming here since August and Shawn, been doing my color, blow out, glazed, bonding , she is very good and I like her. They did charged me a lot of money , but since Shawn was super nice I didn't mind much , I came back for blow outs for a whole month , color again and it costs like $200 , I paid $10 in tipd and every time for blow outs too. Last month when I did color the front desk girl Samantha, she know me and sees me every time I come for color , bleach , blow outs with Shawn. SHE acts she don't understand English, I wasn't paying $65 for tips , I try to use 2 cards to pay the bill. But she keep saying you are paying $65 tip and I said no . Later I told her , plz put the money back in my card cause I don't have $65 for tip . And I will just pay Shawn cash tip later when I come back. She started showing me attitude instead of saying sorry . And when after just now I try to make an appointment for this month some girl at the front desk said , we have a note you can't come in our salon for services, I was like what??So instead of fixing the attitude of that rude girl they will lose a valuable client ! BRAVO FOR THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! What happened to customer comes first . No wonder I have heard bad things about this place . There are always anothervsalon i go go to and take my business elsewhere . But I will WARN PEOPLE , DO NOT COME IN THEIR SALON , THESE YOUNG GURLS WILL RIP YOU OFF , IN THESE TIMES OF INFALAtion , when some is spending $200 on hair , we definitely need a good customer service !!!Services: Hair coloring

I had a consultation scheduled for 3:45 pm. I live about 30 minutes away in South Raleigh, and the traffic to this Salon through capital blvd is miserable so I was 10 minutes late. The receptionist called me when I was about 2 minutes from pulling in and told me I had to reschedule the consultation because I was 10 minutes late. I told her I was almost there but she told me it didn't matter. I wish I could have talked to the stylist to explain my situation and see if she still wanted to take me as a client. I understand time is money, but a little grace for this first time client would have been nice. Now I wasted an hour out of my work day and one of your stylist lost a client because your receptionist was inconsiderate and thoughtless.

Falls of Neuse location is chic and their stylist Keri S. did my balayage - she did a great job!!! She was welcoming and a total pro. I'm a brunette and one of her specialities is working colors on us brunettes. 5 stars for her skills! Definitely recommend her to every gal✨?

Don't come here, hairstylists don't listen to what you want done to your hair, when all fails the whole company disappears on you and won't help. Emily needs to go back to cosmetology school and learn how to mix colors!!!

No ma'am there is the two photo inspo pictures I demonstrated to your employee I wanted the streaks for the money piece on the sides of my ear as well, followed by the VIBRANT color I asked for And what I received.I understand you're trying to protect your employees and business but honesty is the best policy! So driving around location to location just so I could speak to someone who's in charge is very draining when I too am a costumer who paid for these services so after having to sit from 3 in the afternoon to 10:15ish just so your other employee could get it somewhat bearable and come back to all this? Yea no thank you!! And no worries I wouldn't want to return. I wanted to be heard! And prevent from others to be scammed. Never requested for red it was a suggestion your fellow employees suggested to get me out of the store. Glad you take pride in what you do. God bless!
