The store is well-lit but lacks structure and organization, which may be typical. For what I pay here vs. regular store prices, it's worth a trip. I like to buy spring water in bulk, so I came for that specifically. The merchandise is priced low. Absolutely no pleasantries from the staff here. When I asked a question, a male stocker was willing to answer. Still, nothing stands out here on the customer service side, which is to be expected considering Walton's way of operating it's business and treatment of the staff.

I called around 3pm selected the bakery department wanting to place an order for cupcakes. The phone rang for a long time and then I was disconnected. Called again and this time I selected the customer service area. The phone rang for 29 minutes and someone picked up. She said she would try to get a hold of someone as I waited once again for another 20 minutes. When the lady came back on the phone and asked for the store manager, I told him what My experience had been, he didn't even say, "I apologize." He took my phone number and said someone will call tomorrow. I understand that it could be busy but I felt like my experience with Sam's Club fell on someone who is not concerned for the terrible service I had.

Food court ladies were amazing! They did the best they could with rude customers and traditional Sam's club under staffing. Customer service lady was nice. There was a very long line and rude customers because the wait was so long. The people here were great! Sam's club needs more staff in the store.
