The store is well-lit but lacks structure and organization, which may be typical. For what I pay here vs. regular store prices, it's worth a trip. I like to buy spring water in bulk, so I came for that specifically. The merchandise is priced low. Absolutely no pleasantries from the staff here. When I asked a question, a male stocker was willing to answer. Still, nothing stands out here on the customer service side, which is to be expected considering Walton's way of operating it's business and treatment of the staff.

The tire section never receives the phone call. I tried so many times to schedule an appointment for the tire service installation but they donot pick up the phone. I tried to reach out to them both yesterday and today during their business hours. I just have to visit there just for the appointment and again go back for installation. Terrible!!

I called around 3pm selected the bakery department wanting to place an order for cupcakes. The phone rang for a long time and then I was disconnected. Called again and this time I selected the customer service area. The phone rang for 29 minutes and someone picked up. She said she would try to get a hold of someone as I waited once again for another 20 minutes. When the lady came back on the phone and asked for the store manager, I told him what My experience had been, he didn't even say, "I apologize." He took my phone number and said someone will call tomorrow. I understand that it could be busy but I felt like my experience with Sam's Club fell on someone who is not concerned for the terrible service I had.

Food court ladies were amazing! They did the best they could with rude customers and traditional Sam's club under staffing. Customer service lady was nice. There was a very long line and rude customers because the wait was so long. The people here were great! Sam's club needs more staff in the store.

If you want to bump up your blood pressure 20 points for no good reason. Call in prior to driving an hour for an item that customer service confirmed was available. Then waste another hour as the different levels of customer service pretends to solve the mystery as they know the entire time the initial service rep mislead the actual availability of the item. What good does it do getting mad at people like this? Absolutely none, because they will not correct behavior. God bless them for being in customer service, but a lot of headache could of been avoided with proper training from management.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I just had the worst customer experience of my life at this Sam's Club. Last week, I called the corporate customer service line and they gave me a confirmation number to bring into the store to resolve two small things. I was dealing with the in-office customer service for an HOUR (yes, really). I left with neither of my queries resolved. Avoid at all costs.

I had to renew my so I went to the customer service desk. I was next in line so the wait shouldn't be long right?!?! The lady helping the customer was working hard doing what she was supposed to be doing. However, the 5 YES 5 other people behind the counter were doing nothing. We'll, except laughing. One was eating a pack of donuts I believe. Glancing at the now 2 people waiting in line. Just playing around, yelling to a cashier to see if they wanted some of the snack. Literally doing nothing productive. When one of them looked over I made a motion like I needed help only to be ignored. Got up to the desk and in conversation with the helpful lady DOING her job I asked if they were all managers. She said only the one in the blue shirt. A MANAGER NOT RECOGNIZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thank the lady for working hard, while others weren't. She appreciated the kind words as we both looked at the other 5. AGAIN, YES 5. I'm so so happy there is scan and go. Costco is not far from here. Receipt says manager is Joshua Nowell Unfortunately the receipt doesn't say who the cashier was at the time. Here's a partial copy of the receipt.

This Sam's Club is conveniently located off of S. Saunders St and I-40. I mainly got my membership to use their gas station as this is my frequent route to go everywhere. This area already has pretty cheap gas, but Sam's Club always has the cheapest gas! I've used their online order + curbside pick up feature for the first time today, and it's pretty convenient. You get a text and an email when your order is ready. Once you pull up at the designated parking space and reply to the text message (or email) that you are at the curbside pick up parking space number X, someone will bring your order up to your car. Super convenient! The employees at the store aren't super impressive - The customer service is meh, but it doesn't bother me too much.

My usual visit to the sam's club on S. Saunders st was marred by an unusual event right in the end. A far cry from the usual drill where you select your items and scan your items over on the phone i.e. scan & go and check out after showing the exit bar code to the associate. For some reason, the bar code scanner stopped and everyone had to wait in line for 15 minutes after processing the payment. The process was easier for the easier for the ones who paid using the kiosks as they just had to show their paper receipt to the associate. They couldn't let us go as without scanning, we would not be charged and it would be as if we are "stealing", in her words. Is it too much to ask for a back up in cases like this? The associate defended herself by saying that she works on the desk and this is not her job when others inquired about why the system went down. I guess the word "sorry" does not exist in their vocabulary.

This is by far, the worst customer service you'll ever get. There will be maskless people galore on some days and no one will so much as request the mask mandate to be enforced. I shop here often because there are things I can only find here. I wish they cared about human interactions, treated patrons with respect. You pay for a membership, you pay for your stuff but some of the employees will bark at you. The pharmacy is superb and why I still bring my business here. The people at the store receipt checkout verification are real nice too. The produce is decently priced and some of the Members Mark products are VERY good and I'd love to be here more often if the employees stopped treating patrons like they were the enemy for simply being there.

Nothing more than a big Wal Mart. Dirty store, not enough checkers, old carts and lazy employees who don't know or care to know anything. Not renewing, going with the other, much cleaner big box store.
