The water is marked in the aisle but there's no water there. You have to walk to the opposite end of the store. Very tough for someone disabled and using a walker. They said they're aware of the mistake and no one has changed the sign. They were out of everything I was looking for. Unfortunately it was a wasted trip for me except for gas

Purchased the large 80/20ground beef rolls. In the past and didn't like the quality. The end of Dec. I decided buy the 90/10 I was even more disappointed. Quality worse, hard to chew, swallow and digest. Don't where they got it, but it is the poorest quality of beef I have ever had. Can't buy anymore until I finish that off.

I've been coming here for years for all my groceries, but now, I only come for only certain items. All departments have gone downhill. Scan to go price doesn't match the price marked. Grapes and strawberries are rotted and molded, but they're still selling it. I would have given a 3 star, but it's been like this for years. Sam's Club does what every other stores do, jacked the price up on the item then mark it down to make it look like it's on sale. It was the same price all year. I don't know why it takes forever to exit when you're done. Is it really that hard to scan items when exiting? I've seen 2 employee that scan pretty fast, but the rest are so slow. How come managers don't know how to fix the problems? Why are there so many pan handlers out in the parking lot? Did Sam's Club got rid of all the security outside? You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what needs to be done.

Called Sam's on Saunders St needing car battery for my daughter's 2014 Ford Escape who is away at college. Auto Center Dept didn't answer so call rolled to call center. During the agonizing slow process I was asked 3 times what type of vehicle the battery was for. I know from personal experience this battery takes longer than average to exchange, but can be done in under an hour which is the time limit Sam's notes on their website. Looking to avoid wasting time I asked the agent to confirm this battery was eligible for install. I was assured it was. Daughter shows up for appointment today and was told it can't be done. I spoke with an auto center supervisor who was nice enough, but stated install to difficult. I guess I'm better at battery replacement than I thought. My recommendation is if you have any questions on installation save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere as Costco is considerably cheaper for an equal battery without installation.

Worst experience at a sams club ever. Food court was only serving hot dogs because they were only doing large pizza orders. Thankfully I didn't order through the app because I would have been highly upset to figure out no other food would be available except hotdogs. Then i ordered a soft serve and the cashier didn't inform me it was still freezing until AFTER I paid. I won't be back to this location

Products carried are fine. Employees could use refreshers in politeness and professionalusm, it is sorely lacking across the board.

I would say typical big box bulk store. Prices are good for some items if you know what to look for, other items priced similar as regular stores. If you like to buy it in bulk, this is your place. Parking lot is wonky, lots of one way rows and seems to be hard to get around. Highly recommend skipping the long checkout lines by using the mobile app. Tie it to your payment option and self scan items as you put them in the cart, hot the checkout button when done.

It's just a great place to stock up on bulk provisions. For stuff to last for a month instead of a week. Generally worth it, plus the gas stations they run cut you a fairer deal.

Extremely poor customer service. There were only 3 cash checkout lines that were backed up into the lanes of the snack section. They had a problem with one of the registers, forcing my lane to the back. After spending 45 minutes checking out, it was determined that one of my items (which was on top of my flatbed and not a small item) was missed by the cashier. I was then informed that I would have to wait in line to pay for the item. The service desk would also not ring up the item. My attempt to explain that I had already waited an exhorbitant amount of time in line was futile and caused the service desk to be confrontational. An error by their employee should be resolved immediately. Customer service is obviously not their priority.
