waiter was very sweet and attentive but met a very rude employee in the bathroom i complemented the uniforms yall guys have and got met with a rude comment saying" what's wrong with the uniforms ugh"and met with a eye roll and when i said they were nice got met with silence and again a eye roll

Unknown how food was. We arrived at 4pm and they closed at 5pm and they were very sure we knew they did not want to serve us. So we just said thank you and left. Totally understand a busy holiday shift but it would have been better to just close the doors early than to be incredibly rude. Glad we didn’t stay to eat.

This was our first time coming here and it was great. The drinks were amazing and the food was so good. Edgar was our waiter and he was so attentive and kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful restaurant with authentic Mexican food. It did take some time for the server to come and greet our table after being seated. Other than that, the food was great and it came out in a timely manner.

General manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. He gave me a huge attitude when the hostess gave me my food and I asked I did not pay for this. Where do I pay for it and seemed really bothered that I wanted to pay for the food that was not paid for it. I guess honesty doesn’t mean much anymore these days.

In March 2024, I was in Raleigh for a family function. Stayed at the hotel next to San Marcos, so I walked over one night for dinner. BEST dinner decision! The food was absolutely delicious! It was a Saturday night, so the restaurant was busy and lively. I had a short 25 minute wait. Once seated, the service was fast. The server, Edgar, was friendly. I ate the San Marcos steak burrito and it was one of the best burritos I've had. Other members in my party ordered the Chimichanga, Taco Salad and quesadillas. All items were delicious and received rave reviews from my family. I highly recommend choosing San Marcos for a meal when in Raleigh.

You have to educate your waiters more March 23 at 7pm I went with my partner when we were ordering we wanted a special channel for the game and a waiter ignored our request and in front of us gave control to other customers so they could play their channel We arrive first, which means that even the waiters are racist. I WILL NOT GO TO THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN. My work has an event for 30 people.Next weekend and I will make sure that they don't go because what a shame that the same Hispanic is racist towards oneself

This is my second time here and what an amazing experience! The food and the service was absolutely great! From the Enchiladas Supremas to the San Marcos Specials to the addicting Mala Fama flaming drink that I must get on every visit!!! Staff and management will remember you and treat you like family. Beautiful atmosphere, music, and food a must visit!!

Stopped by for dinner last night and everything was great. Our server Christian was quick to greet us with a smile. We both had draft beers to drink. My husband asked about a certain entrée in which Christian said it was great. He had the Carne en su Jugo and he loved it. I had the Burrito Fundido which was also fantastic. We will definitely be back.
