Love this storage facility. Super clean and safe. I used this for my business and was never worried that the gate would be open/broken or that my items would be unsafe. Great for businesses. Virgina is very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

I can't recommend Self Storage Solutions enough. They have been nothing but professional, helpful, and kind as we have gone from short-term local to long-term long-distance renters of a climate controlled storage unit. Professional, reasonable, safe, everything you could hope for.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a storage place to look into this place! It was recommended to me by a friend and the initial process and options they gave me was pretty thorough and super friendly! I’m currently renting out a pod for the summer but the service and quality I experienced so far in here were a 10/10!

This is the second time I used this facility to keep my boat for the summer season. It's a nice, clean, well organized, good deals plans, safe an excellent location in Raleigh for this kind of business. It has some tite corners at the boat site to back in in to the parking spots depending the size of the boat, so just talk to Virginia and I am sure she will find a solution for you ?

Long-term customer (8+ years) with both inside unit and outside boat storage. Since owners took over operations a couple of years ago, I could not be happier with the professionalism and customer service I have experienced. Virginia has been excellent in communicating and there have been significant improvements made to the facility. I never worried about the security of my boat. Would highly recommend to anyone needing storage facility.

I’m am SO happy I rented my storage units here. The units are super clean, temperature controlled and the staff is simply the best. Virginia is extremely easy to work with and is so helpful, could not ask for more. I recently added another unit temporarily and while I’m downsizing back to one unit, she was flexible with my needs. They have all kinds of moving supplies and carts, even accept package delivery if you’re in the process of moving. The pricing is fair and you will enjoy doing business with this company

Couldn’t recommend this storage company more! They went above and beyond to make my out of state move to NC go smoothly when things started changing with the movers last minute and I needed to get into a unit sooner than planned. I feel that since they’re privately owned you get more personalized service that puts your mind at ease compared to other companies. The units and property are clean and secure. Highly recommend!
