Really horrible customer service in store. Went and bought two products and they charged my card but because a receipt did not print they refused to let me leave the store with the products. They said the charge did not go through and asked for proof which I was able to provide, both the apple and bank notification of the charge. They offered no solution in store and now after talking to customer relations I know that they had options to do so. Not only that but multiple store employees surrounded me as I was trying to explain the situation to the manager and it was very emotionally stressful. I have been a customer of Sephora for 10 years but I will no longer be shopping from them because of my experience at this store.

I rarely write reviews, but sometimes..... these big box stores need to learn to train their staff to acknowledge customers when they are in lines, to buy something especially! I was greeted upon entering, but didn't geel like they world have wanted to help.
There was quite a line to check out , and there was a problem customer which happens , and I asked the lady if there was anybody else on the register , maybe she didn't know that there was a line, she looked up and acted annoyed and said.No , i'm the only one on the register. Meanwhile, I had seen at least 4 if not, 5 employees, talking and on their phones, in this very small store. so I doubted this was the fact. After another 5 minutes and more oeople in line, an employee came up and actually was another person on the register. I let her know about my employee interaction and she didn't say anything to me. No apology, nothing. Sephora, do better!!!! Training comes from the top.

The girl that was working at the register towards closing time is full of herself. She has ears but she doesn’t listen. I don’t know what they saw in her when they hired her, but they completely missed the mark with this one.

NOT UPFRONT ABOUT COST OF CONSULTATION SERVICES
I’m rating this store 3 stars because they were not upfront with the price of their beauty lesson, which costs $75. I imagine corporate directed aestheticians and sales associates to not mention the price because 1) the marketing signs for the beauty lessons made NO mention of the cost; 2) other Sephora locations in different states also push the beauty lesson without mentioning the price; 3) the scheduling email for the beauty session does not state it’s $75.
If Sephora were trying to be fair to customers, they would be able to sell the beauty lesson without using duplicity. Sephora could market it as 1) a way for you to not waste your existing makeup because an aesthetician would show you various ways of using it 2) also use that as an opportunity to add on other items to pair with a client’s existing collection. If they advertised it that way, lowered the price point to $50, and told clients how much it cost, I’d say that was good value for money. Maybe if a client spends a certain amount of money on product, lower the fee.
Tolein was my aesthetician who scheduled and helped me during appointment. She was professional, personable, showed me ways to get more out of my makeup, and introduced me to products that would make makeup application easier. I would have rated this place 5 stars if she AND the store had said the service was $75 outright. The lack of transparency really upset me. Shame on corporate for giving such unethical direction.

Alissa is Cameron village Sephora is so experience, great attitude, patient and great makeup artist. She had done my eyes and I asked her to do something ordinary to draw something different on my face for Halloween which was very though to do and she did create an awesome drawing on my cheek which showed her great talent on top of her makeup artistry. Overall, this branch has a great team work ( Kendra) to be able to fit me in to their tight schedule. Could not ask for a better service.

Very rude workers here, never ask for help and make people of other races not feel welcomed. Store is not well stocked and dirty.

I was so impressed by this Sephora. I got a 60 minute makeup service done here for my engagement shoot and I LOVED my makeup. I have never once liked my makeup after it was done - and I have gotten it done many times as a bridesmaid, prom, photoshoots, etc. but this was the first time that I enjoyed how it came out! My makeup artist was Tolein and I loved her. If I could fly her from NC to NY for my wedding, I 100% would. Aside from how amazing she was, the store itself was so clean and tidy. There were plenty of options of everything, nothing was unstocked or sold out. Nicely organized and well kept store. All the employees were also extremely friendly and helpful.

If you are planning to visit this store you should know they have been saying they don’t have containers for sample at least 3 months! I was trying to find my shade for foundation they suggested I should try their consultation services without mentioning it is a paid service.all they did is tried few different foundations and suggested my which one they think suits best. She did a good job but i don’t think they should charge $15 for this!
