I go into sheetz to grab a cherry slush for my son. The green light is on so that means it’s ready right. I get the cup and hold it under the nozzle. I pull the lever down and red shut goes spraying everywhere.
Oh and the best part I have on my white sneakers and a white tank top. I go and tell what looks like management and all she can say is oh I’m very sorry about that. Like no….. this is unacceptable.

Came to get coffee during 3rd shift but this store was completely out of Sugar and some creamers. Asked for some sugar and supervidor was rude about it and said he was going to bring it and he never did. And also completely empty paper towel on womens bathroom!

It is very disappointing that store sells EXPIRED milk. On December 25 I run out of milk, so I had to go to nearest gas station. Regular milk price is $1.37 at food lion (less then 2 miles away). I paid $4.20 only to discover that milk is SPOILED. Disappointing.

Let this picture sink in people's. This is supposed to be a nachos with cheese and banana peppers and jalapenos. The option for chill was not available. They put 3 drop of cheese and gave it to me. Do you all really think they care about sanitation. If they would give a customer something they wouldn't accept. Think about this people's. Incident: Time 12:20pm @10/8/2024

The manager Sandy decided to walk away from the counter. Before helping us meet the 2 am dead line and decide to berate other employees that asked her to leave them alone respectfully. Awful service wasn’t sorry at all just had excuses 0/10 stars for Sandy

I like sheetz but this location is not good at all. Very Duty! The lot is trashy all the time. The inside is always a mess, and not clean as well. Restrooms nasty and no toilet paper no paper towels. I stop going to this location.
