It’s places like Sheetz that everybody loves because they’re Amazing selection But most importantly, but most importantly, they hire and they hire employees that have the ability to take of their customers needs in the way that they see fit through acts of kindness, generosity, and consideration. JAMES helped me I was having issues ringing up my items and paying for my gas and he, like a superhero, just jumped into action and fixed it all for me and I couldn’t be more Grateful thank you so much, James!

Ryan works at Sheetz 600 corp center drive Raleigh and I come here quite often and can't say enough about him and how much I appreciate how quick friendly and professional he is. I have a very bad back and most gas stations I have to wait a while but whenever I am here I have noticed how helpful the staff is but a special mention for Ryan who seems to be able to read my mind and makes it a lot easier to stop and get my stuff here quickly.

The men's bathroom's disgusting. Paper products and trash all over the floor. Doesn't look like the bathroom's been cleaned in days. No toilet paper, no paper towels

Sheetz has gotten horrible this week particular one has had gas pumps down for weeks. Today they are washing the parking lot and only have 3-4 pumps not bagged. I asked the guys who work for Sheetz and they said all of them are like that and they didn’t know why. I’ve noticed other locations have pumps down also

I go to a lot of Sheetz. This is always one of the worst. And bathrooms are always a mess with no seat covers or toilet paper.

Paid 6 dollars for a brownie bite milkshake. They didn’t even put brownie bites on it or in it. I’m not saying there weren’t many- there were none. Didn’t even try to put them on. Didn’t get the only reason I wanted the drink. Please do better.

Mobile food order through their app was not placed on the mobile order pick up shelf but was held behind the counter resulting in a delayed delivery and items served at much less than an ideal temperature. Don't have the same outcome; if you don't see your order on the mobile order pick up shelf ASK ABOUT IT.

I usually don’t leave reviews on gas station but the workers here were so nice I had to! sheetz has always been my favorite gas station food/drinks & if you haven’t you should try out the frozen hot chocolate it’s my favorite!It’s nothing fancy but it’s affordable & pretty good for what it is.

I was just in the Shèetz at 4660 Millbrook Green rd in Raleigh and was treated rudely and in a discriminatory fashion. I questioned, who I assumed to be the manager, and he gave the name Justin, about why the beer cooler was closed at 1:45, when in NC you have until 2am to purchase alcoholic beverages. His response was dismissive and unclear, because the wine that was on display he said it was okay to buy. So, my follow up was why was one alcoholic okay to buy and the other not okay. I assuming that because I asked that question he decided I couldn't buy anything else in the store and kicked me out of the store. I'm really angry right now, and I will continue to follow up to address this matter. I look forward to your response.
