New person in the kitchen maybe ?? Burnt my croissant & didn't make my hot coffee the correct way. I normally come here & it's always done right so I'm guessing there's someone new in the kitchen that needs more training.

I send my bf to order chicken wings . The wait was an hour for some damn chicken wings . They finally called the number . My bf check the boxes they give us the wrong wings . I was so piss off at this point. So he decided to wait . My bf received the wings the second time they added some damn sweet seasoning . I'm done with them.

The security guard (older black female) was staring at me and followed me around the store the whole time. I just came in to get a sandwich and possibly some fruit. After I paid for my sandwich, I went to the lobby to sit down and eat it. The security lady came where I was, while I was eating, and said the lobby is closed. There were no signs saying anything about the lobby being closed. I think she just had a problem with me. I must look like her ex-husband or ex-boyfriend or something. This behavior is unacceptable. Nobody has ever confronted me like that in any store I've been in. This is without question the worst Sheetz location I have been to. I don't think I will ever come back

Dear Sheetz Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with an unpleasant experience I had at your Atlantic Springs location on the evening of December 18th, around 10:30 PM.
I went in to cash a lottery ticket and interacted with a cashier, a Black woman with blonde hair, who was working the register. When she processed the ticket and told me the amount was $150, I politely asked to see the slip for verification. Her response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive, as she said, “It’s $150,” in a very unpleasant tone.
As a customer, I believe it is within my right to see the validation slip for any lottery ticket transaction. Her behavior not only made me uncomfortable but also felt disrespectful.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve noticed rude behavior from some of the employees at this location. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, this type of customer service is unacceptable in a business setting. If an employee doesn’t want to provide courteous service, perhaps they should consider another line of work.
I have been a loyal customer of Sheetz and have visited this location multiple times, but this experience has left me questioning if I will return. I hope you address this issue promptly and ensure that your staff is properly trained to provide the kind of service Sheetz is known for.

I saw youngsters in there today drinking from the slush fountain and throwing the cups away. Stealing slushies is just sad. They need security. This store has really gone down in the dumps over the past few years. 😒

Rather go to the one on Glennwoof for MTOs. They will let your food sit 10mins past pick-up time even though they know you're here in the store waiting. Dana also needs to not be afraid of the customers waiting at the counter to get their orders.

I’m pregnant and came here at 5am to get breakfast and my chicken bites were dead cold and there was a long string of hair in my breakfast burrito OH and there was NO eggs in my burrito AT ALL just A LOT of jalapeños. THIS PLACE JUST DISGUSTED MY ENTIRE SOUL . WHERE is the BREAKFAST in this Burrito.

This is my fav location in Raleigh. However the lady who is working the kitchen this morning burnt my croissant and knew she did. I didn't want to start trouble so I threw it away. Still my favorite location however will never order if the lady who worked this morning is on shift. Horrible work ethic and quality.

Rude staff, actively making derogatory comments towards patrons, waited 21 minutes for my milkshake while the group of staff pictured (plus MORE THAT ACTUALLY WORKED SURING THE POWOW AND ARE NOT PICTURED) gossipped, cussed, ate, drank alcohol and made me feel Extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable and then also told me that my food was not paid for and attempted to get me to give them cash a second time.

Shop here to be reminded of the terrors of the carceral state, as they have an armed guard on duty nearly 24/7 who takes himself way too seriously; dressed like one of those white boys go into the woods to cosplay the race war while stalking customers into the bathrooms and harassing teens for daring to exist at the shop they built right next to a highschool.
