Eli was above and beyond willing to accommodate my personal preference concerning my food order. I do not speak plainly and we had a miscommunication. He was all smile and willing to accommodate me upon returning. Great customer service from him as he worked the food counter prep solo it appeared. Definitely worth considering for advancement in the ranks And no I do not know him. I live 90 miles away. 2/15/25 6:45 pm. Store 371.

Really love the metric ton of dust above the espresso bar and food preparation area
Also love how the employees start screaming at each other in the middle of the store

1:30 am July 28th. Actually the slowest and worst service I’ve ever experienced. One worker and what seemed to be the manager moving at an insanely slow pace while 15+ people were waiting over an hour for food.

is the most disgusting store I have ever been into. The workers are rude and the store is nasty. They will steal your money before you even get out the door. I paid for $20 in gas and I went to pump it and it wouldn't come on. I went back inside and they there was nothing they could do. They have told me 3 different stories of when my money will be back on my card. Well the first and second date and time has come and gone and still no money. I have called and asked for their names and got hung up on. They are so rude. I will never spend another penny in this store

I love sheetz and specifically made plans to have dinner here because there is not currently one in my home town. This store made me sad and I would not recommend getting any made to order food at this location. 2 out of 3 items we ordered were totally incorrect, the service was slow and the staff all looked super unhappy.
