One of the worst Sheetz stations ever visited. Inconsistent rules, rude staff. No wish like other Sheetz stations disappointed with this location.

This location never fails to disappoint. The fountain drinks are always in need of attention for some reason. Either the syrup is out, the CO2 is out, they have no cups or lids or both, it's dirty and disgusting. It is completely inept at fulfilling any expectation I have. We bypass you every time now and give our money to the Sheetz further down 401 less than 3 miles away. I saw that Wawa has applied for a business license in this area, once they get here, my business,and I'm sure 1000's of others will be going to your competition.

i was just at this location and i watched the supervisor sale tobacco products to multiple customers without ID .. i was happy because i left mine home across the street . I proceeded to ask for my things and he asks for ID i then let him know that no one in front of me was Asked for ID and he says I know but im asking you (i thought the law was to ID everyone at all times) i then asked for a store number to complain and he makes me wait .. while waiting he then proceeds to continue selling other customers tobacco products without ID i brought it to his attention of the mistreatment i was experiencing and he let me know he knew what he was doing... dont want to make this about race but everyone he gave products to were white and i am black ... do what you will with this comment but i did not leave this store a happy customer

I have a choice of where I shop the Sheetz pn Fayetteville Rd by Walgreens has gone down hill more and more. I literally had to almost beg them to wait on me today. Just ignored me and the manager was the one ignoring me. They are always out of lids for large cups for fountain drinks and say we have them just haven't put them out. I use to love this store but no more, I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere from now on. Maybe losing a customer will give them time to put some lids out and clean the store.

I feel compelled to write this review because of the outstanding customer service I received today at this sheetz location. I had an issue with my order due to a mistake I made on the app by ordering the spicy mozzarella sticks instead of the regular. I entered the sheetz and explained I had made a mistake and would like to re-order the plain item. The manager quickly resolved the issue and even brought the order out to me. Thank you Samantha!

to the person that was behind the counter this morning making food this morning around 6am thank you, your positive attitude and smile really made my day, i was having a rough morning and their positive attitude and kindness made all the difference for me (i’m not sure what their name was) but i hope you get credit for it you deserve a raise.
