Crappy. Took them 15 minutes for a cup of fries. (They were not busy) Ordered a red bull refresher same amount of time on account of they put their ordered drinks on the other side of the store with no warning or announcement. Bathrooms were gross. Not a good time. Do better?

Place has the worst cooks I've ever seen in a Sheetz. So first I tried to make myself a coffee only to find out that there's no milk at all.. then I Ordered a simple sampler and these dudes at 4am with an empty store... while also being the very first person to order waited 25 mins for something that every Sheetz gets done in about 5-10 mins max... then when I asked how long before I get my food I got an attitude. Yeah avoid ordering from this place. Just grab your stuff and leave

Dirty, rude workers, ghetto trash - not going to get into what I found in the bathroom. Left without buying anything. Worst Sheetz I've ever been to. The company should be embarrassed this place operates like it does.

I moved nearby recently and am pretty shocked at how dirty this place is and how slow the service is, particularly at the drive through. But it's the only place that doesn't take forever to get to. Today on October 26 2024, at 8;45 a.m., I had an encounter with a small squat white man wearing a pink polo Sheetz shirt that really pissed me off. After ordering online, I came to the drive-thru to pick up. Instructions on app were to let staff now at the ordering kiosk, but no Instructions on how to do that with the touch screen. I went to the window and waited. Then honked after 5 minutes. No one came. So, drove around to the kiosk again to see if I could figure out the system. Looks like maybe you have to enter your email and password? Ridiculous since I would spend 5 more minutes trying to find my password. Went to drive thru again and still no help. Went inside and one guy was working the register, another was wiping stuff and occasionally the polo guy would come out from the back to deal with a vendor. A woman comes out and announces she's leaving.
Finally the very helpful cashier is able to help me. I pay for my order there and then he has to leave a long line of customers to find out where my food is. This is where I get pissed. Cashier asks the pink shirt guy where the order is and explained i had been there 20 minutes already. Pink shirt half-ass waves somewhere and continues his work with the vendor. I stare at him and he says, "well what is it that you want?" "My order!!" I said. Then he finally gets the fella who is cleaning to help me.
I was there for 20 minutes in my pajamas before I finally got my food.
Seriously, this Sheetz needs new managers.

Most nasty Sheetz in state of NC!!! Inside and outside. Have had to stop here a couple of times and always feel unsafe. Too secluded with trees overgrown around station. Bathrooms disgusting! Sheetz should be ashamed of this station

I hope this is the right Sheetz. I’m reviewing the one that’s on US 1 coming out of Raleigh. Please DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I stopped here on 10/19 (Saturday morning) to use the restroom and as I’m washing my hands. I noticed a female employee come out the bathroom stall and bypassed the sinks and went straight back to work without washing her hands. JUST NASTY!!! She looks nasty too!!! I reported her to another employee that was standing at the register and I noticed that this employee WHO DIDN’T WASH HER HANDS went to food area!! That’s part of the reason people be getting sick! 🤢

Me and my husband went to get gas after work we got $25 on pump 6 my husband comes back out ready to pump the gas it still says pay inside we go to a different pump it still say pay inside so I go inside to let them know I then waited 10 mins for someone else to come help because the First Lady didn’t know what to do the Second Lady came and she says she doesn’t see that on their screen so I show her on my bank account that they did in fact take $25 from me she than say it will be 3-5 business days for my money to come back I then said I showed the lady and she says I still have to wait then she gets a manger the manger I guess tells her to give me $25 in cash instead of them just giving me the gas I paid for I had to go back in after I saw I was on E and tell them $25 on pump 6 to get my gas

Be aware of this place when you are getting gas because when the pump stops the meter keeps running it's a little bit if you don't notice it will add up

Stopped by at 10 pm for coffee. It took forever for the coffee drinks to be prepared, and we did not feel safe in this store. There was a lot of loitering and people hanging out everywhere. People were running through the store barefoot. I was tempted to leave without our drinks. I will not go back to this location.

It is incredible that such a large gasoline service company with a lot of money invested in its gasoline stations with good service that cannot be denied... but that I ALWAYS SEE THAT THE gas pump area and that inside this store ARE DIRTY especially it is so neglected!!
You see employees playing with the phone ? while serving customers and while the food hall is neglected!!
Sad but it seems that it does not have correct supervision
