Wow. Took 3 tries with 3 different payment methods to get some gas at the pump. Then had to answer two different questions before pumping started. No, I don't want to join your loyalty club.

I very much dislike this station but it happened to me again to run out of gas near it and I decided to give it another chance. Two times my card was declined, third time magical. A handle was so worn out that the clip wouldn’t stay in place. I stood there for three minutes holding it and after that realized (I’m slow) that it only got me one gallon of gas. It’s even more slow then I. I decided that it’s enough (to get to a better station), got into my car, drive away and realized that I was charged for, I guess, air. According to my car sensors, I didn’t get any gas.

Edit: To make this review even worse after two years, they're now still charging people for car washes at the pump even though the car was seems to be permanently chained up and out of service. I contacted shell about this and requested a refund on the car wash. I was promised management from this business would get back to me within 10 days. Despite my attempts to contact them and remedy the situation that way, no one would offer me a refund, so I filed a chargeback with my credit card company for services not rendered instead.Mediocre Shell (NOT Exxon) station. Has a car wash, but it's a cheap low-qualify one that doesn't even have an air dryer at the end. The most expensive wash is only $5 though, so it's fine for a quick wash if you really need it.
