Ross (?) the manager gave a very long in-depth consultation to one man who wasn’t sure what he wanted while another man waited with a paint chip endlessly probably on the clock. It was absurd. I tried to point this out but he doubled down on his approach. Bye!✌🏼 won’t be back. This is not the first time I’ve left the store so now I’ve learned my lesson

Visited this location to get a look at some paint colors and ask about good painters in the area.The staff member Justin was very helpful and let me know of a couple of painters/groups he could recommend. If the visit ended there it would be a 4 or 5 star review.But it isn't. On my way to the car I was stopped by two homeless individuals and accosted to try and get them some food from the nearby McDonald's. Behind the building was another individual which I can only assume was pouring a 40 oz over the pavement. I have no idea what was in that can but I didn't stick around long enough to find out

Since I moved to Raleigh, I have been purchasing paint from this store. After a year I stopped in to get some paint and was told they have no interior paint that matched my criteria. I asked if there was a different sheen that I could potentially substitute, was told "if I didn't believe him and wanted to go in back and check I can." I was merely asking to see if there was any alternatives. Last year the staff was kind and helpful, that has changed drastically with this little smart mouth. Will find an alternative store to purchase paint from that isn't a Sherwin Williams franchise. Thoroughly disappointed.

It was my first time painting anything ever, and I had no idea what I was doing. The store associate was the most helpful I ever could have asked for. He took me from clueless to ready to paint in 15 minutes.

Had a really wonderful experience at this location off Peace St in downtown Raleigh. Was immediately greeted and assisted, the staff person helping me (Shirt said Delshown I believe - sorry if I got name wrong!) was extremely knowledgeable on the different paint/finishes, and I was in and out in no time (he even loaded the several gallons into my car for me). Although the store started to get busy after I arrived, all staff remained cool and collected and had the line running swiftly and efficiently - I was impressed, especially when folks are all anxious right now regarding crowds/covid-19. I was a little overwhelmed beforehand with all the options and spending hundreds on paint for a whole house, but left feeling pleasantly surprised on the ease of the interaction. Would recommend Sherwin Williams 100% due to quality of products and customer service received! Thanks
