Walked in Saturday, staff smelled like weed. They were out of stock in both types of paint I needed and would not call another store to help me out. They also had no idea when it would be in stock. Went to the Glenwood Sherman Williams and got everything I needed with exceptional service

The nicest people working there. Super friendly and helpful. Forget HD or Lowe's. You might spend a little more but it's worth it in the long run.

I've been to this store on Creedmoor several times because it is a little closer than others. Today I witnessed the manager being rude, sarcastic and belittling her clients (who had an account there so clearly did a lot of business with them). I will be driving an extra 5mins to another Sherwin-Williams store from now on so as not to incur her wrath.

We went by the store this morning, we are new first time homeowners who live around the corner. We closed on our house the day before yesterday, so needless to say it's been a stressful month. Shopping in the store was a very pleasant experience as long as you can understand there's some supply issues going on right now, just like every other industry in America right now. The sales associate, Tae, did a great job helping us out. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. In the end we were able to get everything we needed. We will be going back to this store every time we need paint or supplies as long as the experience continues to be this good. Thanks!
