Tried calling 11 times. Can't even get a human. Based on that they are awft

This was the second time I had scheduled transportation with this company the first time no issues, second time they never showed up, They called 2 times stating the driver was 10 minutes away, that was not truthful. They have lost my business.

I was given three hours notice that my grandmother was being discharged from the hospital. SMART Transportation was able to fit me into their schedule to pick her up. They showed up exactly on time and were very capable in loading her in her wheelchair into the van. Will certainly use again.
