Have been to this location several times to get inspections, oil changes and an oil leak repair -- I have had only positive experiences. Dante (and the entire crew, honestly) has been super helpful and kind. I went today for an inspection and was out of there in less than 10 minutes.Service: Oil change

I went in for a state vehicle inspection and was charged $40. We got our other vehicle inspected somewhere else and it was only $13 (Valvoline at 1517 US 70 Garner). I looked online and the maximum that should be charged is $30. Will never do business here again. For the $40 I paid here, you can get an inspection at Valvoline and a car wash at the place next door.Edited to add to the businesses reply: my car has no after market tint. I have owned it the entire life of the vehicle and it has never had tint added (or any after market changes actually). This vehicle AND the one that was inspected for $13.60 are from the same year.

Facility needs updated at the least. Employees need better training, management and supervision. Employees should not be smoking while working. Especially when around and in my car!

I have been using this business for a long time but today will be the last time I was there. Last week I was there and a worker was really rude to me. He talked to me like if I was his child. It bothered me but I let it go. Today I went there to get an oil change and inspection in an other car not the one from last week. Well when I arrived a young man greeted me with respect and good costumer service. He told me to park my car behind a car in line since there was a second car being service at the time so I was the 3rd car in line. The young man asked me to wait at the office so I did. It might have been 15 minutes when the same rude guy from last week came into the office and asked me to go out and move my car forward and that I had left my car in the middle of the road. I didn't know what he was talking about do I got up and when out of the office. I see that the car in from of me has just moved to the service area and so there was space between my car and the other car. I told him that there was a car in front of me when I parked there so he just looked at me and proceded to go to my car. He didn't say anything else. I was going back to the office and I told the other young man that this other man was rude to me for a second time. Well, a second later this guy came into the office and asked me how he was rude so I told him. He said that he was the assistant manager and that will ask me to go if not he was calling someone to remove my car. I left but I will never go back to service any of our five family cars. I don't think that this man should be in costumer service at all. He is very rude and disrespectful. He said that his name is Thomas. He is tall and has tattoos on his face.

I never had a problem getting inspection for my car until today. I spoke with the assistant manager stated I could not get an inspection without my registration card that I could not find at the time.when we all know by law you do not need a card. You can look it up through the VIN # He told me I can speak to his general manager Dante. And told me the reason why he could not do it because people are stealing cars and putting them in other people's name. My name my address my licence matches my VIN #. Being that they're not an accredited BBB I could not report them. This is frustrating.

SCAMMERS!!!!! Do not go to Snappy Lube off New Bern!!!! I have never left a review before this incident and if I could give negative stars or 0 I would. 1 is too high for this place.I'm a young female and own a 2019 Acura ILX. I went in on 2/7/2023 for an oil change which they tried to charge me over $100 for (I was able to get a change for $70 going elsewhere) but the worst part is they tried to sell me on changing the air filter but when they showed me "my" air filter, they showed a very dirty, old square shaped air filter, I knew that was NOT the air filter to a 2019 Acura ILX. They also tried telling me I needed to do maintenance on my car, even though I only have 21,000 miles on it and is in very good condition. They are SCAMMING people they believe have no to limited car knowledge to spend more money on unnecessary things. Unacceptable and will be reporting this place. Please go anywhere else. They need a change in management if that's how their employees are expected to operate the business. SCAMMERS!

I took my car here for an oil change, during that service the techs felt like something was off with my coolant levels. I inquired after they told me this and I’m thankful. They went above and beyond, quickly and professionally. I will be returning for future oil changes.Service: Oil change

Oil change was expensive, even the dealership was cheaper by $20. Oil change + inspection took 1.5 hours while being the only car in there. The employees were just standing around smoking and vaping. Won't be back.
