I bought seven cars from this dealership . They've treated me fair honest and worked hard for my business I think a lot of the Subaru product out of the seven I have owned none of them have ever been in the garage for repairs they service all my vehicles. They do a good job

Youssef helped me purchase my new to me Hyundai Sonata and he was very helpful throughout the entire process. All of his communications were efficient and timely and he even came in on his day off to help me finalize the deal. Kevin was the sales manager that I worked with and he was also very professional. They didn't try to pull anything on us and were open to negotiation. They even got the car detailed before I left.I would come here again.

They stink. they never give me an update on my car or when it's ready. Chris sucks as a service rep. He does not return his voicemails or updates either. the body shop closes @5 but the door says 6 so I drove here for nothing. i recommend going somewhere else. customer service is not a priority.

Went into Subaru looking to purchase a new WRX. When I arrived the team greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I declined and they allowed me to look without any pressure. The sales team and I came up with a deal that worked for both parties and within an hour I was leaving with a new WRX. Unlike most dealerships where they pressure you from start to finish; it seemed they respected the customer. If you’re local and in the market head over and check them out.

A top notch buying experience. The dealership was warm, welcoming, and comfy. My sales associate was incredibly personable and easy to work with. I purchased my vehicle through the web portal process and literally only had to show up in person to accept delivery.There was no pressure in regards to sales tactics, everything was open/clear/transparent.They are well stocked as far as available vehicles, know what is expected on the lot, and have all information regarding any questions you might have.If you're in the market for a Subaru, check with Alex and the team here.

Well it started this morning when I called your service department to see if they could help me with replacing a key that I lossed to my Subaru.Your service department ask for my information that they would need to make the key and it will be ready this afternoon. I gave him the information I live on the other side of Rocky Mount when I got to your service department my key was ready didn't have to wait. I'm very satisfied with you service.

Youssef was great and very accommodating to me with crazy work and class schedule. Very knowledgeable about the new Crosstrek sport and the options that comes with it. It was a pleasure talking with him and doing business with Southern States Subaru. I highly recommend anyone looking a new vehicle to talk to Youssef.

Took our daughter’s Subaru there as I noticed her coolant overflow tank was “oatmeal-like” and certainly without coolant. Google guesses say probably oil getting into the coolant system. They quoted me $5100 for new head gaskets, resealing, radiator and hoses, etc. Said the head gaskets were blown. I called a transmission shop I had used and he sent me to Mike Hocutt’s, Hocutt’s Automotive. Mike wondered if it might be transmission fluid backing up into the coolant. In the end, no oil or transmission fluid in the coolant. No blown head gaskets. Just dirty with rust. He flushed it multiple times with Cascade and then filled it up. Added a new thermostat and seal too. $240 later, I appreciated the dodged bullet and the honest work and service Mike provided. Take your cars in need to Mike instead of the thieves at Southern States Subaru.

Five star shout out to Logan at the service desk! She walked me through the (extensive) list of repairs needed on my 2015 Forester very patiently, and I left feeling confident in the quality of work. Truly appreciated her attention to detail throughout the whole process. Great customer service all around. She is due for a raise!

Terrible customer service, waited for 4 hours when they told me 1hr and 45 minutes, no updates on why it was taken so long, do not recommend this place anymore it's disappointing when you are a loyal customer at least 8 years, where is the excellent customer service they have before?

I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS. The manager tried to tell me that my trade in vehicle had a transmission problem and that’s why he low balled my trade in. As I was driving away, he came out to offer me $2,500 more.. 100% fact there is nothing wrong with my transmission. Lied straight to my face.DONT TRUST THIS PLACE

This review is for Chuck at the service center. Over the last 5 years that I’ve been going here for major repairs, Chuck has been wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what/why repairs are needed. He is transparent and I always feel he has my best interest in mind. Some other shops I have been to in the past have recommended unnecessary work so they can make a profit, but that is not the case here. There have been times where I called to make an appointment and Chuck walked me through things to try on my own first, which worked! Chuck is also very pleasant and polite in all my interactions with him.
