3 people here but only two working with people and the other guy seems be just playing around on his phone, poor customer service, I just needed to turn in equipment because leaving them.

Total Job Avoidance... The manager Trent and his team have a very lackadaisical or carelessly lazy approach to assisting customers beyond simply saying "you can call the customer service number because we cannot handle that in store". Keep in mind this is almost always after you have either waited an exponential amount of time waiting as a walk in guest or even after you have come in on a reservation and waited to receive assistance from a store "professional".The worse part is after getting mediocre service from a "specialist" and escalating to Trent the store manager; I asked for the name of the specialist to log a complaint with the Territory Manager, Terrance, and Trent would NOT give me her name. I will not bore you with the details that lead to my issue but just know this... There is NO customer service happening in this location. These people are glorified order takers and even at that they have missed the mark.I have had an extensive retail career over the last 20 years and have been in leadership roles beyond the store level and would NEVER allow my store managers to run a location this poorly. Customers are leaving without being helped and they do not care at all. Issues like this start at the top and based on Trent's lackluster demeanor it is no wonder his retail "specialist" was uninspired to properly assist me in store during my reservation time slot. Spectrum I am looking at moving my business and personal accounts elsewhere based on the service I received at the Townridge Shopping Center today from Trent & the anonymous "specialist" on his team.

Avoid spectrum if you are not forced to use it through some bulk deal of your property management. Long process on the phone and got to wait in line just to pick up a router——-Update: scheduling an appointment was never mentioned in the 20 minutes on the phone with spectrum! Just a simple question if I want to pick it up at a store. What a deceiving way to describe a half hour wait :(Update: it is an hour and still waiting

I don't understand why there are 8 stations and only 2 workers on the floor. There's clearly a staffing issue when you have 8 people waiting and no staff. The staff on the foor is very pleasant but there's no way this is efficient.

I just knew that going into the store was going to be a nightmare.But oh, how pleasantly surprised I was especially after working with Daisy and Chris!An absolutely wonderful experience. I even upgraded all of my services. I appreciate the transparency and the patience they showed me, much appreciated.

Moved out of NC back to PA a month ago, cancelled service IN PERSON and returned my equipment IN PERSON as well, still getting charged for next month even though I was assured the account was CLOSED. This company is extremely unprofessional and you should go anywhere else for your cell phone or Internet provider, what a joke!!

Added Spectrum TV to my plan without me authorizing. Didn’t notice until 2 months later that im paying an additional $30 for that service. Lady must’ve been trying to hit a quota for the month offering a free xumo box.

My 82 year old mom went in to get a new phone. They never helped her set up her Google accounts on the new phone. She missed a dr appt bc she couldn’t get into maps and got lost. Cant add any google accts bc they require 2 step authentication and everything is going to her old phone. Why wouldn’t they do that when she bought it?? She went back to get help again and her old phone died. (Plug the thing in people you are a phone store you have chargers.) the woman told her she already had maps and was fine and sent her away. She may miss a second appt today bc once again she needs maps to get there. Maps won’t work without being logged into her account. We couldn’t download Waze bc the play store also requires her Google acct be set up. A select few staff in there are Knowledgeable and helpful. The rest not so much. Words cannot express how much I dislike spectrum home internet as well.
