I visited here recently for the first time in over seven years and this location has definitely taken a turn for the worse. I remember visiting this location often in the late 2000s and it was definitely a busier and more bustling place. Empty stores and general lack of upkeep make this a place to avoid. Head to Crabtree for a better experience.

To all those whom are Neurospicy. They made a mall just for us!Lights didn't hurt. No loud music. No huge crowds. And all the geeky places.FyE and game stop.Spencer's and torrid. And a few anime/fan shops. And it's was extremely nice.So anyone who is like me and has sensory issues this is our kinda place. I was able to enjoy the experience so much and this was during the holiday shopping crazy.

I only went to Dillard's and I had a very good experience in intimate apparel. Barbara in the department helped with sizing and she really knows her business. Great experience and very useful.

I always thought this mall was a bit empty and run down because of the covid season. Nope, turns out it's the mall management. I like to bring my kids here to play in the interior play area, but it's absolutely disgusting. I've complained (or tried to) to the mall management that there is trash and debris in the kids play area on more than 1 occasion. The rude lady wouldn't answer any of my questions or see me in person but just yelled at me over the intercom that they would send someone to clean it up. That was 2 months ago, and the same trash is still sitting on the floor and seats that was here when I visited in September. God only knows if someone has ever cleaned it in years. It's honestly a health hazard. I've talked to the security officers as well and they told me anything you tell to management just falls on deaf ears. That's so sad. This mall has the ability to be really nice. But it's terrible. It's dirty as heck and retail keeps leaving because people don't want to be here. They don't have a single Christmas decoration up. They just don't care.

Boy, I remember when this mall in North Raleigh opened and had unique shops new to the Triangle area. I even shopped there a few times, driving all the way from Durham. We recently decided to stop in again, mainly out of curiosity, and boy this mall has slipped tremendously. It just never caught on as a major shopping destination and is eclipsed by Crabtree Valley Mall and the Streets at Southpoint. I know malls are suffering all across America, but it was kind of sad to see so many shuttered storefronts and small shops selling what I would consider to be gaudy attire. Even the outparcels that used to have more shops and restaurants seem to be empty. We won't be back anytime soon.

Feels very old and stuck in the mid-2000s. Not a ton of foot traffic on a mid day Saturday. Decent selection of stores I suppose, but overall not a very pleasant atmosphere and shopping experience.

A nice mall, but the other malls in the area are a little nicer. Still plenty big and still has some desirable stores. It’s too bad some of the storefronts are empty.

If you're like me, you find it irritating that most malls have nothing but big-box clothing stores in them. Well, you're in luck, this one is special. Lots of entertainment stores, food, merch, etc. I wandered in here out of boredom and can say I'm rather impressed. It feels dated and I find the layout pretty strange, but overall this is one of the better malls in the city, which is probably why it's still around.

Dead! It's just awed and most stores are closed and the open ones have hardly any employees working there!

Came to triangle to hunt in a few of the stores for bridesmaids dresses and shoes. We found bridesmaids dresses and shoes!! The girls all got lucky and found matching dresses in the same color and shoes too!! They were all happy and enjoyed trying on the dresses and had a blast!!

Comeback story: The death of the shopping mall is greatly exaggerated... FIVE STARS for Triangle Town Center in Raleigh at US #1 and I-540. What a great place to walk, talk, meet, shop, eat, and visit. Love the HVAC during the brutal summer and the heat in the wintertime. Best department store is Dillard's (extensive quality stock and great staff). BTW, kids can ride the train in the mall on the lower level. Great box stores and strip centers surround Triangle Town Center.

this review is about an off Saks fifth ave online order. I order a ton of items from this website. once again my package arrived without all of my items. I called customer service immediately and they tell me that it will take up to 10 days to review my missing item. Then, they denied my claim. now, they want me to wait 10 more days while they research it. Ridiculous

So many shops and places to eat. Health First is a great place to stop in for a quick 15 min. foot massage or 90 min full body, deep tissue on the table. There staff is friendly and very good at what they do! There a many, many more shopping destinations there, as well as several tasty places to test your food pleasures. And as always plenty of places to park close to the mall entrances.
