Horrible customer service and I respect multi cultural service around this area but I almost feel like preferential to Hispanic but don’t exclude local people. But customer service was horrible this afternoon!

The nastiest store I ever been in , dried up spills on the floor, hot dog containers laying around , chips on the floor . I wouldn't dare go in the bathroom when the common area looks like a hurricane hit . I will never walk back in this store , thank goodness that you can pay at the pump.

This gas station is not open 24 hours. I arrived here At 4:52am needing to fill up with gas and get cash. I only came because I'm a lyft driver and was on my last 5 miles of gas In my car. There was a store associate here on the clock working 2 hours before schedule stocking shelves couldve been longer. He shouted through the door that they're open at 6am. That is pretty late for any speedway gas station to open in my opinion. Usually I'm used to speedway opening at 5am if they were closed for the night. This location I would consider is not a reliable station for early morning risers.

This store is not open 24 hours a day every single morning no matter what time I get up from 5:00 to 6:00 this store is never open it is always locked

Employee just looked at me slack jawed when I had a pump issue and he acted like it was my fault when it said cashier authorization needed. Hate it here.

Horrible customer service. I came in this morning and the cashier lady 100% stereotyped me and gave me the most disgusting look. I didn’t know I would have to come in there dressed in Sundays best to get respected. Even after I finished the transaction the cashier still stared me down to the point where when I looked back I asked her if she was okay because it was so disturbing. I should be able to wear sweats and run to the gas station real quick without being looked down at by a cashier.

Today I received bad service from two employees, at 3:32 pm I went to pick up an order for a client, they only said that they did not have the order, I called my client but the boy treated her poorly and was angry, If they don't have patience, don't wait and hire something better, for customer service.

Poor service half the time. Register person lies about mech and not being able to break change. Very stereotypical unsure if it’s due to the area or what. Customer satisfaction not a priority for this speedway. Take your money up the road

I guess people don't really care about gas station reviews but I want emphasize that this gas station is stealing people's money. I went there. The pump seemed to work but it was messed up. it took my money and when I went to the cashier she treated me like I was begging for gas, talking about she's been working there for 8years and never seen that happen. She prepaid a dollar amount to see if the pump was working, mind you she fixed the pump before using it for it to work. I understand that the area isn't really trustworthy but you need to treat people with respect and understand that customer service shouldn't be subject to personal conviction. Treat people with respect because that was a very terrible experience. Pump 9 to be precise. Thank you
