I regretted switching to T-mobile the moment I left their store. After a promised, simple and quick switch from AT&T, I was bamboozled into a 2 hour visit and a watch that I didn't ask for.I don't typically leave negative reviews but I have exhausted all attempts to correct the situation so hopefully sharing publicly will further assist. I believe, as well as many T-mobile customer service representatives that an employee from the brier creek location swindled their way into charging me for a new watch while stealing my previous watch. After multiple confirmations that T-mobile does not exchange watches, meaning should never present a promotion surrounding used watch exchanges; yet I was told if I handed over my used watch I would get a new watch in return per the promotion similar to my phone exchange.Fast forward, I visited the location multiple times regarding the watch promotion not showing on my account but I was reassured that it was fixed and it would take 2 billing cycles to show the change. I called the customer service line three times and management called me directly last month stating that they will investigate and reimburse me for the malpractice. It has been a year of this back and forth and I still have a watch charge on my account. I have been patient and kind throughout the entire process despite my frustrations. T-mobile, please contact me and fix this already.

I bought a new phone, went up to the store to get the service activated. The lady told me she can't activate the service and transfer the data to new phone. I went to other location and they got service activated on the new phone and transfered the data. The lady is lazy and just really busy scrolling her phone.

Came here to switch my service from one phone to another. She switched my SIM card and and phone signal was on SOS mode. She didn’t know what she was doing so she told me I couldn’t activate the phone because it was locked.. I came home reset my settings and it worked. Wouldn’t do services with them lazy people.

I recently visited this TMobile store in Brier Creek, North Carolina, and I must say that it truly surpassed my expectations. Over the past two decades, I have not come across a more proficient and reliable cell phone provider. The delightful Krystal facilitated the setup of my brandnew iPhone effortlessly. She dedicated herself to ensuring that I comprehended the necessary steps to maintain the security and functionality of my phone lines. Without a doubt, whenever I find myself in Raleigh, North Carolina, I will not hesitate to return to this exceptional establishment!

The staff at the store were very friendly and looking forward to have me and my husband as customers. Unfortunately that was not the case with the Company's Credit Department. We have exceptional credit and the sales fell through because a sales representative in that Department working for TMobile was not cooperative at all. We wanted to change from Verizon to TMobile because we had received these offers through AAA that looked much better than what we had, and we really needed new phones. After 3.5 long hours, nothing was accomplished, and the manager canceled the transaction. There were some flags pointing to some profiling due to my hispanic last names, coming from the credit department representatives, which were asking if I spoke English, where was my NC Driver's license issued, and if my credit had a lock. These are indeed worrisome flags. I could not believe this was happening to us, who have worked hard to maintain an exceptional FICO score, and I felt insulted and humiliated. Unfortunately, the store manager did not keep us as clients, as he said he would like to do. So we went to a Verizon store closeby and got approved in less than a minute, got a better plan than we were offered at TMobile, plus the phones that we wanted. Shame on TMobile!

I went to this location last week to talk about a billing issue and some associate (I believe it was Kristina) tells me that they don’t deal with it. I’ve never gone to any store in the 18 years of having my service tell me this and I had to go to another location. This is conveniently located close to my apartment but I’ll gladly drive to Morrisville for better service again.

I visited the Brier Creek location today. The agent that served me was the most incompetent "mobile expert" I have ever experienced in over 30 years. First off, I go in to return a home internet device that was defective. I had already received a replacement in the mail and was informed over the phone that I could return the original defective device back to a tmobile brick and mortar location of my choosing. So I go to the Brier Creek location. The agent scans the outside of my box, asks me for ID, scans the front and back of it and takes photos of it. Then scans the box and looks at the screen of his tablet about 8 times with an increasingly confused face. He finally goes to the back of the store for God knows how long. When he comes back out he asks to use my phone to call customer service. Didn't offer a single time to put my phone on a charger even after being on hold for 38 minutes. When the agent answered the phone he proceeded to ask for a return label to be emailed to me. He never once mentioned to me in the 38 minutes that we were on hold that this was his purpose for calling them. He was on his own personal device the ENTIRE time we were on hold. MEANWHILE, I had a return label in the box the entire time. I already knew that walking in to the store. Had the agent actually looked IN the actual box instead of scanning a label 9 times, he may have seen the label in there and saved me the time, but no, why on earth would he do that. His reasoning was the imei number on THE CARDBOARD box wasnt registered. Perhaps he meant the IMEI number that may have been on THE ACTUAL DEVICE inside the box which he never so much as looked in???I didn't even mention that he look in the box. I wanted to get as far away from that place as humanly possible before any of that stupid rubbed off on me.

Actually the worst experience i have ever had with T-Mobile. How do you tell your workers to look me in the eye with a straight face and say to me "Hey this phone is $228 + $35 upgrade fee".Me: "What's the upgrade fee for?"Lady helping me: "Oh they just want your money that's it."So what you are telling me is you want me to pay you for the phone, continue paying for this service (that does NOT consistently work) and on top of that just hand you an EXTRA $35 for literally nothing else extra of any kind after being a customer for over 20 years? Imagine not caring about the very people that allow your company to exist. Guess i'll be cutting service and going to Verizon or Spectrum or anyone else at this point. (ALSO FOR 2A CONCEALED CARRY CUSTOMERS, they have that fake as sign that says they don't want you bringing guns onto the premise. It is NOT the LEGAL sign that includes the actual law that states this sign must be respected.) So to avoid any trouble concerning this i'm just never going back to that store because i didn't mean anyone trustworthy to begin with. Whether you carry a gun (legally) or not i just would find a completely different cell phone carrier at this point.
