I only come to Staples to return Amazon things. They offer a coupon for me to buy things and I use the colorful laser printed coupon for note paper. Their prices for a single notebook for 19.00 or a roll of packing tape of 9.00 just makes me ache. I breakdown and go to Walmart for that stuff. The guy at the Amazon check-ins is friendly but today the guy who fake "hello and have a nice day" 'd me while looking down at my hands to see if I was stealing made me want to thump him. I had my gloves and keys thank you very flecking much. Why the H E double hockey sticks would I walk out blatantly with things in my hand that I did not pay for. I'd think criminals have better sense than that anyway. Besides the point...profile much? I'll go back to Whole foods or UPS for my drop offs next time.

Customer service is awful. Head to Office Depot down the street. They are more helpful and kind. Been burned too many times at this staples.

To Whom It May Concern: My experience I had today at the Staples on Wake Forest Road was positive. But it didn't start that way. Let me explain. I walked into the store with my pal Kyle and yea. I had my "big cup" of lemonade with me. No lid. Big whoop. We are harmlessly walking through the aisles and all of a sudden a white male, 26 years old, 153 pounds, starts walking towards me, with what I thought was the obvious intention to take away my big cup. As he approached me down aisle 7, I implemented evasive maneuvers out the back side of the aisle, only to find that another male employee (white, age 24.5, 162 pounds, 36in wing span) was approaching me from my left. Now a victim of an L shaped ambush, canalized into the narrow area between aisles 6 and 7, I had no choice but to stand my ground against the approaching staff. Turns out - they had just been trying to catch up with us to see if we found everything we were looking for, and actually, we did. Kyle came there for some rolls of tape and he found them. Scotch. They're nice. We made our way to the front of the store and I was able to hang on to my big cup and tested out some of the mechanical keyboards and gaming chairs on the way too, all without spilling a single drop of my lemonade. All in all a nice trip and I will be back should Kyle need tape again and I happen to be tagging along.

Was in a bit of a bind and needed two printed pieces of paper. Nothing fancy regular sized printer paper. I placed my order online and paid for it online because I left my wallet at home. I placed the order 15 minutes - 20 minutes before going to the store. I knew my order wasn’t going to be ready and they have to complete orders in a certain order. But I was in a bind and went to explain my situation. Walked into this staples on wake forest rd. Explained I had placed an order online and I was hoping since it was TWO PAGES if she could go ahead and print it for me. She said we have other orders ahead of you and that you will need to use the printer. There was no one else in the store or waiting for printing services ! I explained I can’t because I don’t have my wallet and the machines does not accept Apple Pay. She said we have 10 orders ahead of you but she did print them for me. I’m more irritated that I walked into staples to see there were two people working the printing station and there was no one in the store. The employees were able to socialize with one another, but me asking to print 2 pieces of paper was a big ask. Giving 3 stars because I still got my order. Being told “I can do it for you this time but won’t be able too in the future,” is ridiculous.

I just wanted to give a shoutout to the Printing Team over at Staples - specifically Diamond. She was so sweet and helpful despite having a line and my indecisiveness. I needed some pricelists printed at the last minute and had no idea what I wanted. She helped me decide and my boards came out so good! Thanks for all your help Diamond.

This review is long overdue but have to give a shoutout to the printing team over at Staples!! Claire is the bomb and all my stuff for my small business always looks so so great! Online editor and design software is super easy to use and prices are affordable too. Thank you for helping me bring my creations to life and making my packing and marketing materials always look their best. Keep up the good work!

Giving 5 stars for Printing customer service. I had a bit of a complicated order ,a tight deadline, and several questions. But Charles, (Cheryl? Sorry if I misspelled your name) were very helpful over the phone and when I actually came into the store Claire was incredibly kind and helpful and made this task so much easier for me. Thank you!

I just want to say thank you to Claire, she was such a helpful associate. I visited this location printing department back in August, it was a rough day for me, plus I’m pregnant, Claire handled all of my questions and needs with care, and I just want to say I really appreciate her. I was going through my receipts this morning in my wallet, and I realized that I still had the receipt from that day. She wrote her name with a smiley face at the bottom of the receipt so I wouldn’t forget her. I appreciate her and I’m thankful that people like her exist. Personality and kindness for me goes a long way. Life gets busy at times, so when someone takes the time to show how genuine they can be, it means to world to me. ♥️

I came in today clueless as to how to get a professional print made, none the less do it myself. But Eric and Gregory walked me through the process flawlessly! Such helpful employees at this store- definitely recommend for anything print related or any needed supplies!

I went yesterday for printing some needs. I asked an associate (old lady) to print in some glossy paper sample, she did not have those papers.she asked me to buy whole box and print as much as I need. I asked for sticker samples but she replied the same!The main reason I am commenting here that is I spent $27 in self service machine to print some flyer sample in 8.5x11 inch size and 14x17inch size. There is a small paper cutter can only fit 8.5x11 inch paper. I ask an associate to do me favor to cut lager size paper and he/she was asking per sheet $1 to cut. Then I asked the old lady to speak to the manager then that associate came his/her name is Luiz was so called manager.I asked him/her that I need a lager cutter to cut my large format paper. He/she again replied about charges and I asked how I will cut larger papers??????????? He/she replied me you go and buy tools and cut yourself! Otherwise cut by scissors.I asked him/her is this called customer service, he/she said, YES!I am sorry I did not see their rating is below 4*. Otherwise I would not go to that rude people (does not have any idea about graphic designs or art and respect to the customers) to spent my valuable $27.Thanks for reading

Went to the store to print out business invitations. Was told I can find a design online and they can print it. Once I had my design and asked could she print it, she said it needs to be a pdf. So when I download the pdf it has the staples watermark on it and she says I can’t remove it. So I submit the order online and then she says well I can’t print it, it’s in line with the other orders and we close at 6. So I stood in the store for 30 mins with no prints, as they stand there and hold conversation.

I went in to get a PDF blown up and put on a poster and the older woman I interacted with was so rude for no reason. She made me email my pdf and then told me I could print it myself. I told her I didn’t know what to do and she looked at me disgusted, rolled her eyes and walked away. I was just going to wait for the other young lady but the older woman came back and said did we email you yet? And I was like you rolled your eyes at me I would prefer to work with the other woman. I mean who is this rude to people? She didn’t even realize I couldn’t go to the area to print because I actually needed a poster and they had to be the ones to print it. Who treats people like this? I’m just shocked! Just like saddened that this woman went out of her way to be nasty. The customer service is better in Cary. The other two employees were very nice and helpful. Someone should have a talk with the older woman though. Terrible.

Employees are great and will try to help you to the best of their ability. If they can't find an item they will give you the best recommendation on a similar item or what store the item is at.
