As part of my daily job, I order Starbucks for my clients. I have been doing it for 12 years. Today I had a large order and when I went to pick it up. The floor manager (I believe), Matt pulled me aside and said they can “no longer fulfill my large order …that they can’t handle it”. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. He was extremely rude and was loud enough that another patron walked up and helped me carry my order to the car. It was 13 coffees. I have had orders as large as 25 and never had a problems with other Starbucks locations. It wasn’t crowded and no one was in line behind me. I will never go there again. I even tipped them $5! I will take my order elsewhere! These are a dime a dozen where I live and they should be thrilled I chose that location. Zack up front was amazing but the floor manager needs a class in customer service or find another job! So if you’re trying to entertain your client make sure it’s no more than 1 coffee.

Guys My suggestion as a former Chef And manager in Resturants And former Published critic And current5 ? Service Industry Biz owner & sole trader- Promote the lovley younest teeny gal in there this morning who was the Only one to Finally dain to wait on me as I was physically In the store while the two B.B.s Sneered & Eye rolled at me when I came in & Plesanyly greated them and the KEPT their backs to me so they could wait on Boughie people in their Bougie Cars at the drive thu instead. Interesting business model.P*ss on customers who Walk In to be Obsequious to More important Looking people in the drive thru.Thoughly Unpleasant experience for Way Way too long.Thank You for Reminding me Why I never go to Statbucks

This particular location, drive thru window was a bad experience... they did not make my coffee correct and when I went in to get it corrected the service inside was just as bad... I threw my coffee away ?

Found this location on my google map and closest to the place I was for a meeting. It was right next to a jerseys mike shop. Has a drive thru service as well. I was promptly greeted as well by the three employees closest to me. Will say the store could have been bigger but small though. Has option for out door seating as well. Would definitely come back to this location. Both my green tea lemonade and cookie were great as well.

Special shout out to the full staff that was there and not a single person acknowledging my presence at the counter for a good five minutes before I became visible.I wasn't even there for me, I was just picking up a doordash and noticed they were a little busy, so typically I'd let it pass. ... If it weren't for the fact that they acknowledged the woman and her daughter beside me. And they acknowledged another customer that grabbed her order and left. And at no point did I get a "hello" or at the very LEAST a "sorry for the wait we'll be with you in just a moment." And when I was finally acknowledged the guy tried to make small talk because he could see the irritation on my face and STILL didn't apologize for ignoring my existence until that point. So! For all my black brothers and sisters that enjoy Starbucks, please go to another location if you must go to one, or be prepared to briefly not exist. ?

Wonderful experience! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly! My order rang up incorrectly but I was quickly refunded and the order was done correctly! I ordered inside and since the drive thru line wrapped around the building, I was prepared for a wait, but I was surprised that my coffee was ready in about 90 sec!! Definitely recommend bringing your own cup!

Great place to meet a friend. Seems to have a greater drive thru business. It's a bit noisy in this particular unit. The pastries were fresh. They don't have blonde coffee readily available here.

I get so tired of the constant battle trying to get my drink the way I order it, and it would be nice to get a tall drink.I order tall, I pay for tall, but I get a short or less in a tall cup.Please just stop the attitude.Please stop fighting in front of the customers.We don’t care that you don’t get along, we don’t care that you’re jealous of each other…just do your job.

I got a violent case of the stomach bug… threw up 13 times from the green tea, my friend as well. We know it was Starbucks because it’s the only thing we had and our moms didn’t that day, they both got coffee and were fine. I’m thinking they didn’t clean the green tea pitcher.

Refuse to grind my starbucks coffee bag in a mean way! I bring my coffee for grinding all the time... Never got rejected like this ?? 1300 pm Sat. (I don't mind waiting, and the place wasn't busy at all)

I go to Starbucks every other day and majority of different Starbucks around Raleigh don't do a very good job of actually taking their time to make your drink correctly they just plop the topping up there. I came through this Starbucks drive through, and they got my order fairly quick. I got what I asked for and it was toasted perfectly, not a bit cold like other Starbucks give me. My drink was made to perfection and they actually took their time with the whip and chocolate that went into my drink. Made it look exactly how they advertised it. Highly recommended for a person who wants the Starbucks order with some thought put into it.
