I needed cash so I wrote a check to cash and went to the drive through. The teller gave me all twenties. Seriously??? If I had wanted all twenties I could have gone to the ATM.

Every time I go through the drive thru there's anyways an issue. The employees don't greet me and my transaction is always wrong. I normally have to spend my whole lunch break waiting for someone to complete my transition correctly. Please do better.

The bank re-enrolled my loan into auto pay even though it had been cancelled almost a year ago. This resulted in overdraft fees and me not being able to use my debit card all day. Took me two days on the phone to get this mess corrected. The manager Laura Weber was extremely rude and did not want to refund my overdraft fees. Inside tellers are extremely slow along with drive thru. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Walked right in and Ryan Page helped me to consolidate some silly credit card debt into a personal loan and was very helpful in understanding rates and fees for different products. Within 20 minutes I had my loan and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. I will be back.

The drive-thru is so slow. I’m not sure if they need help or what but it’s ridiculous to sit in line for over 15 minutes with no movement.

Bank with them for years never had a problem up until I became homeless and didn't have a job then they froze my account after I talk to them trying to work out something
