I love going to this SECU it's near my apartment. Every employee here treats you nice. I love good customer service skills. They are helpful to the members when we near a loan to stay on track in life. Just caring staff.

Man just stay away from this place all together. Everyone of them are just plain old nasty for no reason. Crystal in the back is by far the worst I think it's because her teeth are very tiny and space apart real bad. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY...YOU will leave out of this place like I don't even want to deal with SECU at all. This branch makes SECU look bad.

The worst location ever! Waited in drive through over 35 minutes both sides! People all just left! But the 1 car behind us wouldn’t back out so we couldn’t go to another location! Never again! Never! Just ghetto!

I love being a SECU member, but I think I will avoid this particular branch. I don't appreciate the lackluster and rude customer service. My driver's license and money envelope could have been slid to me through the divider, instead of tossed to me by Ms. Susan Grosjean.

I’m disappointed with this location. If you have anything less than perfect credit, expect to get denied for pretty much any loan big or small. The branch in Greenville was understanding of my credit issues. They discussed with me what I could do to improve my credit and approved me for multiple loans that I payed back on time. I have 2 car loans that were paid back on time; never late. I’ve never been late with any loan with them. So after moving to Raleigh, I go into this location expecting the same treatment and was denied. According to Crystal, the loan officer, their standards for approving applications is well above the Greenville location. That’s interesting because this IS the SAME credit union, am I right??? Crystal is your typical smug, condescending loan officer. If you’re a person of color, expect to be discriminated against. So again, if you’re black and don’t have an 800 credit score or above stay FAR, FAR away from Crystal. Or this location for that matter.

I live in this community and today I made up my mind that I will never visit this branch again. There is a Caucasian lady in particular who is at the window who I experience when I walked inside who did not want to help me but aside from that always has a attitude like she does not want to be bothered. Came through the drive-through today and let's just say that the men who work at this branc(and or the drive thru/teller) are 100% 10 times nicer and personable than the females!!! I will never only use the downtown Raleigh and Hammond rd. The tellers are simply kind!

This as never been a location to do business with unprofessional and ghetto even down to the black bank manager. Things I have seen with other customers and experience. It's time to fire and retrain staff ASAP

Everyone we've encountered at this branch have been friendly. Justin Lancaster has helped us several times and is always knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He goes out of his way to provide information thoroughly in a manner that is understandable and not patronizing. I appreciate this, since I was trying to navigate a process I haven't done before.

For starters they told me one thing that I was approved to bring certain documentation in which I did and then came back and told me that they were denying me after I was told I was approved they offer nothing here at all secured credit cards or anything make you waste your time I would give them no stars but unfortunately that's not an option they are garbage

A great place!! the employees are very professional and knowledgeable. I have banked at many banks but employee credit union is top of the line. All the teller booths are filled to expedite time when needed. they are fast but efficient and accurate. I give them five stars!

I was helped by Jonathan and Linwood, they were both excellent! I needed help with one of accounts and they answered all my questions and were very respectful. The employees at this branch were nice to everyone they came in contact with!

I have had a wonderful experience at this location from the tellers to the loan officer's. The line was long, but the tellers' worked fast and they were very friendly as, well.
